I used to go to stealerships all the time but then I came across Executive Automotive and was reminded that there are still honest businesses out there. Every worker there will make sure all your needs are satisfied and will go the extra step to making sure you leave happy. I can’t recommend another automotive service other than them. Thank you!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had my breaks changed and then they began making a grinding sound. I took it back in and they thought they had it fixed but it began again. I took it back in and they made sure it was fixed and did not charge me . They are reasonably priced and they stand behind their work. The ladies that work there are super sweet too. You can tell by watching them with other customers that there is a lot of repeat customers and they get to know them personally. Will definitely keep going.

The best in Ocala. Hard working in this heat and I'm beyond grateful they were able to help me so quickly even on a SATURDAY right before close. Forever grateful to all of you. You made it to where I was safe to drive long distance to help my own family. So.... sincerely thank you from my family to yours

Friendly folks but unfortunately not very apt in diagnostics. Told me my check engine light was due to needing to replace my cat, o2 sensors, and possibly spark plugs and quoted me $4000. Had to wait 3 hrs for this despite having an appointment. Essentially paid $136 for some codes to be read back to me. Went to autozone who in 5 minutes said it was due to the MAF sensor needing cleaning. Cleaned it with a $10 product and check engine disappeared. Edit: willing to add stars in exchange for discussion on experience from owner

Only place I'll trust to work on my Corvette and Maserati besides the dealership. They were so accommodating and willing to special order the best oil and filters for my special cars. Wonderful, friendly staff at the front and the owner is very knowledgeable.

I have been going to Executive Automotive Services of Ocala for the past five years. Most recently for some minor body work (deep scratch) on my 2008 Nissan Armada. I wasn't sure if it was worth fixing but I figured it was only two car payments if I had car payments so I decided to have it done. They did a fantastic job as usual!

I have never gone to a repair facility with a high (4.8) rating .I was skeptical. Should be a solid 5 stars .They charged me less than the quote , but I actually watched the repairs being done. Their shop is immaculate, rarely seen today ! There are video cameras operating thru out high lighting there operation , nothing to hide ! They are not only a automotive repair facility, but a complete restoration facility of any make, model or year. When in florida this is the only shop I'll use. Only wish they were in Michigan

Updated-The owner of EAS will go out of his way to make sure everything comes out great, if something isn’t perfect like in my case where the factory paint didn’t match he will work with his paint supplier to make it match perfectly. I am so happy with the paint match now. Thanks!!!! I took my beautiful Mustang GT to Executive Automotive Service to have a new front bumper installed after a rod from a parking block caught the underneath of my bumper and pulled one side of the bumper from the fender. The installation was perfect but the paint match was way darker than my Ford Race Red paint code. They gave me an excuse that the material of the bumper is different than the metal of the car. I now have to take it to someone else to have the paint redone. Terribly disappointed.

We visited Executive Automotive in February 2024. It was our first and as of this time, our only experience with them. Executive is different than a lot of shops in that they perform auto body, as well as your typical mechanical work. We used them for routine maintenance to replace normal wear items. So I am not commenting on anything pertaining to auto body or such, since we did not visit for that. This review is limited to our experience with mechanical work. I will start off and say that I went back and forth over four or five stars. I normally only give five stars for outstanding service and such, above and beyond the good and normal. Executive wasn't perfect, but really good. So I really would give them 4.5 stars. But even the things I felt kept them off 5 stars were nothing major. Our first impression pulling in is a property and main building that was nice, but really didn't match the name Executive. The name makes me think too fancy. Thankfully, Executive wasn't real fancy. But it was decent. Although they really need to replace the nice American flag they fly out front. It breaks my heart to see the flag flying in less than perfect condition. The building seemed nice enough inside. Although the way it was set up leads me to believe that renovations may be going on. The folks we interacted with were very nice and friendly. That was probably the best part of our visit. They have a decent waiting area for folks like us, who choose to wait for minor repairs. There is a television and comfortable furniture. There is a table also if you so choose. Plus there is coffee provided. There is also two vending machines. One being unplugged and not in service during our visit. The working machine was a soda machine or such. We didn't buy anything from it, so I'm not sure what the offerings are. Of course there are restrooms. Now for the important part, the actual work. This type of work can be reasonable to down right expensive, depending on the place and folks different opinions. Executive is no different. Their prices could be considered reasonable or high, depending on your knowledge, experience and of course, one's opinion. What I will say is that the work was performed in a fairly reasonable amount of time. The staff had good communication and of course were very friendly the whole time. And at this point, I have not detected anything out of the ordinary to question the work. As such, at this point, I found Executive to be a good experience. Although I didn't find everything perfect and held back the five stars just a bit. I found them to be a place that I would recommend and would return to myself, should the need arise. They were nice folks, who made our visit as comfortable as they could, while we were there.

I truly wasn’t going to post this because I don’t believe in publicly dragging small businesses. However, after hearing two other people who have had nearly the exact same experience, I feel a responsibility to share this as a warning. We brought our 1957 Oldsmobile to this shop for diagnostics, trusting that honesty and integrity would guide the process. After performing a compression and leak-down test, we were told our engine was “shot” and that our only real options were a full top-end rebuild or an engine swap. The confidence with which this was delivered made us pause, because nothing about the car’s performance had suggested catastrophic failure. After seeking outside opinions from multiple experienced friends, we decided to tow the car home instead of authorizing thousands of dollars in work. Before doing so, we directly questioned the diagnosis and were again firmly assured that the engine was beyond saving. My husband rebuilt the carburetor at home himself. The result? The car runs still on the original engine that we were told was completely “shot.” That outcome speaks for itself. Whether this was a gross misdiagnosis or an attempt to upsell unnecessary major work, the end result is the same: our trust in honest transactions with this shop is completely gone. And now that we know others have had near-identical experiences, this no longer feels like an isolated incident. If you value transparency, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work here.
