All the guys there are very professional and they did a great job!! Great customer service!. Is very sad that we as customers can’t add the tip for them to the credit card. Most of the time people don’t carry cash!!

I only gave 5 stars because of Jim and Justin. These 2 work great together. Ive used take 5 many times in the past and always had mixed emotions. Seems some of people employed there are not good with eachother or customers. If your planning on getting oil changed I would call ahead and ask if Jim or Justin are working. If not skip until both or one are there.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles here since I first got my driver’s license. My current vehicle is a Jaguar, and many shops won’t touch it for something as simple as an oil change. Most are intimidated by the large skid plate and worry about damaging the screws. The team at Take 5 never hesitated. They weren’t challenged at all by the make or model and gladly took my business like they’ve always done. Instead of removing the skid plate, they used their equipment to pull the oil from the top of the motor—simple, efficient, and smart. It was clear to me that other shops were just being lazy or not as educated as the crew here. They literally came to my rescue. On top of that, I brought my own oil filter from O’Reilly’s, but it turned out to be the wrong one. Sean immediately took care of it—he went next door, grabbed the correct filter, and saved me from having to make another trip. Not only did he already save me from a $600 Jaguar dealership oil change, but he also saved me more time and money that day. I couldn’t be happier with the service and honesty I’ve always received here. Sean and the Take 5 team have earned my loyalty for life.

I went to Take 5 on 12/11/25 and received great service! There were a couple of cars ahead of me when I got there, but they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. The gentlemen were courteous, brought me some water while I waited, and kept me informed on about how much longer it would until I could be serviced. I didn't get either of their names, but the taller of the two kindly informed me of how often my air filter should be changed (I just bought my car so I wasn't sure if it had been changed prior to when I bought it). I also know they weren't trying to get extra money out of me because I had just changed my windshield wipers the night prior and they mentioned the wipers were still in great shape, so they wouldn't need to be swapped out. I paid $115 for and oil change and a new air filter with a military discount, which seems about right for the market currently. Great service, decent pricing, and good people!

Came in for a quick oil change. I had already checked all of my fluids before hand to make sure I knew what was needed. Paid $133 for full synthetic, high mileage oil. My coolant is quite literally directly at full. They then quoted me to refill my coolant. Staff was very unprofessional & I will not return. Disappointing, considering Take 5 has been reliable in the past.

Tried taking my vehicle to Walmart for my first Oil change on Wednesday (since it was my Mom & Dad’s car before I got it), but they unfortunately didn’t have any appointments for that day, so I tried my luck at Take 5 Oil Change and I’m glad I did. I didn’t need an appointment. Jay, Justin, and Sean were very welcoming and hardworking. I would definitely suggest this place if someone were to ask me where they should go take their vehicle. Service was around 9:30AM on 12/30. One crew was working, Sean and Trapp. They had one other customer but Sean was able to set me up, new customer, during the time I waited. They were friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service. To comment on pricing, the service is in line with other oil change service centers in Ocala, FL. Of course, like most folks, one wishes it wouldn't cost close to $100 for a service. Since the techs have nothing to do with pricing, I think it should never be part of the survey. I would use this center again.

Take 5 is always my chosen place to get an oil change, they’re efficient and customer service is always A1! I love that they greet you with a bottle of water and you know exactly what is happening to your car at each moment. The Saftey checks, and lastly - they check your air filter and windshield wipers and have never been pushed to replace either unless they were in really bad shape (which I can see) then it’s a recommendation.
