Had antifreeze leaking from under my engine on my 2005 Dodge service truck. I called Rick and asked them if he could get it taken care of fast so I could get back on the road fast to run my calls. Had a bad water pump and a few other issues that needed to be taken care of. He got my truck in right away and the guys fixed everything quickly and got me back out on the road. That's BIG for me because if my service truck isn't on the road I'm not making any money. Thank you Batten Automotive for the great service!!!!

Jeep,chrysler,dodge,ram tried to charge me just about 1000$ out the door to replace my A/C blowing motor…. a friend told me about Batten Automotive so i called them up and they told me straight up, i can go get my part at autozone, bring it to them, and they will put it in for a fraction of the cost.Half way through the replacement they came to show me my cabin air filter which was absolutely caked with debris, Rick Batten again told me straight up, just go to autozone and get the air filter you need and come by and we will put it in… i had no idea he was doing it free of charge until i got back…. this i was undoubtedly one of the best experiences i have had while working on my car…. Batten Automotive is the place to go… 10/10 would recommend. I ended up saving more than 500$

Ok for starters he came to our house to fix the brakes and rotars. (I mean really that alone should be worth the 5 stars) He explained what he was going to do and answered questions .... He did a quick efficient job ... Was respectful and cleaned up after himself. I am so happy with the repairs.

Bunch of crooks! Kept telling me I needed this part and that part until I finally took my keys and said that I was done. On the way out the door they had the nerve to tell me I would need to replace my radiator! Another mechanic elsewhere told me my car was dying. Heads blown. He actually talked to Batten and they knew what they did. It will come back on them, believe me. They owe me almost $600 for work I didn't need.😠

Super expensive and always super busy. Quoted me $700 to repair my radiator last time I went there. Took my car elsewhere & had Radiator fixed for under $200. They do good work but they will charge you more then anybody in town.

I have to say being a woman, taking your vehicle anywhere is always a hassle. I knew either my fuse or my blower motor was messed up in my AC. I called Pep Boys and they automatically wanted $80 just to pop my hood. Batten automotive gave me a free AC inspection. It was just a blown fuse that I must’ve looked over, and replaced it. No hidden fees, no extra charges. Great customer service (I spoke with Rick). I think I definitely found a new shop. Highly recommend!

We met this family at the Christmas parade due to the adjacent company being very rude while we were trying to find somewhere to park to watch the parade. They kindly allowed us to join their sitting area, park in their parking lot, and offered us food. Just based on their kindness alone, it must say a lot about how much of a honest repair shop this must be. I have never felt more welcomed by strangers in my life.

Have used Batten for decades. They have always been honest, helpful, timely, and accommodating. John, Rick, and all the mechanics are knowledgeable and fully capable to meet ALL your needs...and will go out their way to satisfy. Some time ago, I went by after hours with an ailing vehicle and a mechanic was still there. He offered to drive me home and pick me up in the morning (out of his way). Above and beyond... Also, brought back to life a car that had been carport sitting for years. Up, running, washed and vacuumed. Looks brand new and runs great. They went way out-of-the way on this one. They are a complete shop...from wipers, to diagnostics, to engine rebuilds. Hard to find a team like this. Highly recommend...5 plus stars.
