DriveCenter was absolutely wonderful. I came in because my battery was acting up, and after checking it, they let me know it was actually leaking battery acid. Thankfully, it was still within my warranty window. They were upfront about everything and explained what the costs would’ve been if it wasn’t covered. They got me in and out in after an hour, and my car is running perfectly again. Their honesty, clear communication, and quick service really stood out. I’m very pleased and highly recommend this family-owned business!

Exceptional mechanical & customer service. Rear differential and right rear CV drive shaft replaced along with bearings. Four wheel alignment and it was discovered a brake light bulb was out and it was replaced. Chris kept me updated all throughout the process, and Mauricio is an excellent technician, he made sure everything was done correctly. Thank you all for your service on my Jaguar. Will definitely return if and when needed.

We broke down near the old town square. The DriveCenter sent out a mobile mechanic who got us going but recommended we come to the shop for further repairs which we did. They diagnosed a faulty check valve in the brake line. The got a new part in less than 12 hours and had us up and going. Even with the Jeep dealer initially sending them the wrong part. They gave us a ride home from the shop and delivered our vehicle to us once it was repaired. We were 2 miles from the shop all for around $400. I thought this was more than fair seeing how that charge also included the mobile mechanic charge. Great people to work with especially seeing how we were from out of town and on the road traveling. I cannot recommend them enough

Late Friday afternoon returning to Tampa from Hawthorne I had a blow-out of a tire that had radial tire separation, After stopping at 3 other tire centers along 301S and driving over 5 miles and not finding anyone willing to assist me in my hour of need I was pleasantly greeted by Christian @ Drive Center who saw me coming in all my glory sparks coming from the rim I was diving on and waved me right into the repair bay and assured me he would assist. What a team! 4 members were responsible in getting me rolling again..Jarqes @ the service desk and a gentleman who went to a warehouse @ 5 pm to retrieve a new tire and the individual who installed and balanced the tire onto my car are all superstars. They also got me a great price on a tire proving they did not take advantage of a motorist in distress with no other options. To those who assisted I have great news.. The scuffing damages from the slapping black rubber on the white paint all came out... fortunately there were no deep scratches left from the radial steel belts ( amazing) . There are dozens of tire stores along the 5 mile stretch on 301 in N Ocala... I want to advise everyone to pass them all and go directly to DRIVECenter

I was traveling from TN to Fort Myers with my little girls for Christmas with my grandparents when my battery light came on and soon after my car lit up like a Christmas tree and I found myself on the side of the road in Ocala. I don’t know this area and it can be really intimidating finding a good mechanic. But man did I luck out when I found this place. Ryan was super knowledgeable about what happened to my the alternator in my Honda and they worked really hard to get everything fixed and get me back on the road. They checked over my car and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary fixes. It honestly felt like these guys really cared and I wasn’t just a number. I couldn’t recommend them more!
