I was 100% satisfied with Al’s service! He diagnosed the issue with my 2012 Chrysler 300 in less than five minutes. His communication was excellent—if there was ever a delay, he made sure to keep me informed the whole time. Even after the repair, Al followed up to check on how the car was running, which really shows he cares about his customers. 6/9/2025 I am totally 100% satisfied and happy with Al’s diagnose of the problem and how quick he fixed it. Al has the equipment and the understanding of how the electronics of your vehicle work.
