Absolutely amazing guest experience & thorough due diligence! David was faced with the challenge of finding a rare size tire & getting them on my truck in the same day & he exceeded beyond expectations! Got an appointment quickly -same day. A guy stopped me in traffic to tell me not all of my breaks were working. They checked and breaks were fine! The guy was probably focused on the manufacturer accessory red reflectors near bottom of my car I appreciate the appointment and honesty. TYSM :)

Put tires on an F-350 dually and when I wanted to rotate the tires they told me they couldn't do it because the machines were too old and they would scratch the rims meanwhile they put the tires on there already from before so what was the problem now? They say the machines are old! If you have a truck with deep dish rims do not go there

They are extremely overpriced. I’ve never paid that much for tires as I just did . They’re the type of mechanic that will try to find something wrong with everything. Came here during my workday for one tire took two hours to get all my tires done then they parked my car where I couldn’t see it and didn’t tell me it was ready now. Now, I’m four hours behind on my workday… and update I just noticed they did not put all of my lug nuts back on my tire- added a photo for proof….for the love of God go somewhere else

My dad and I visited this tire kingdom, and they treated us exceptionally well. The service was outstanding, and they provided us with all-purpose tires. These tires are remarkable; they are incredibly quiet and smooth. They resemble all-terrain tires but are actually all-purpose. They performed exceptionally well off-road and were incredibly smooth during the ride. The overall service was simply amazing.

I had an emergency where I am on vacation and hit a pot hole that cut my tire. I have an RV with special tires. They did not have in stock but quickly found one at another store. They got it delivered and replaced my blown tire. Fantastic service from Dave, Eddie and George. All were excellent with customer service made me feel loyalty to Tire Kingdom.
