Just recently bought a trailer from here I went in looking for a standard 6x12 flat utility trailer after careful consideration and great explanation from sales representative I decided on the 6x12 utility trailer with metal railing up the side the price was very affordable customer service was very well represented and the whole feel of the sale didn’t feel like I purchased a car they even threw in a discounted spare tire when it was all said and done! I will be back for my next trailer this is the first of many for my business

I want to strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Right Trailers or Scott Taylor. My experience with them has been nothing short of fraudulent, dishonest, and unprofessional. In February 2025, I purchased an Intech stacker trailer from Scott Taylor. The options and timeline we discussed were not honored, but I tried to be understanding and accepted the trailer without complaint but with a discussion that incorrect items would be corrected. Shortly afterward, Scott convinced me to purchase a Renegade 589 Peterbilt motor coach through Right Trailers, promising me a discount and a delivery timeline that fit my needs. He also agreed to accept my brand new 2025 Freightliner Sports Chassis as a trade towards this purchase. In April, I gave him a $200,000 deposit and repeatedly provided details about the Sports Chassis for trade-in. He strung me along for months, dodging discussions about the trade value. In June, after pushing me off for weeks, he admitted he could not take the truck on trade and instead promised to sell it for me. They didn’t even pick the truck up for more than a month, and when they finally did, they never cleaned it, listed it, or presented it for sale as promised. Meanwhile, the coach that was supposed to arrive in July never showed. Scott then said maybe August, then kept delaying. By this point, I had lost all trust. I asked for my deposit back, especially since I was never presented any progress pictures on the build when I asked for them. Instead, Right Trailers has refused to return my $200,000 and kept my Sports Chassis locked inside a warehouse, refusing to release it. It took attorneys getting involved just to get my own truck back. Even then, on September 5, when I sent a transport truck to pick it up, Right Trailers refused to release it for over two hours while we argued back and forth. They finally released it late that evening, but they are still wrongfully retaining my $200,000. Right Trailers and Scott Taylor were attempting to hold half a million dollars of my money and assets hostage through lies, deception, and unethical practices and still have not given me a refund of my deposit on a vehicle that they promised I would have to me back in July… it is now September. My advice: RUN from this company. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and have shown zero integrity. Scott Taylor and Right Trailers operate like thieves, and I would never recommend them to anyone. This company should not be in business.
