Brian & Jeff saved me from worse case scenario. I was driving to a Halloween party October 24 from Jacksonville to Tampa and broke down in Ocala and of all things was the transmission of all things which therefore tore up the clutch & flywheel so we're talking several thousands of dollars of damage. As I'm not from the area I had the tow company set to have the car towed to another repair shop, but something told me to ask the tow driver that I need an honest, reliable mechanic that is not going to overcharge me as I'm on disability and on limited income and he highly recommended BNA Auto Repair and I told him right there to take me there. That's when I met Brian the owner and I could tell right then he was honest and what I was looking for to do the work. He found me the best R&R transmission with low miles to match the low miles on my car which I very much appreciated, then came the torn in our side the flywheel on my car was so much trouble it alone caused over 2weeks in delays of my car just sitting, but it was nothing to do with Jeff or Brian they were only going to use quality parts which again I sooo appreciated and showed me a lot they were NOT going to use subpar parts just to get the job done. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone and with the other reviews I see why they maintain a 5.0 standing. Thank you Brian & Jeff!!!!

Today, as I was on my way to the hospital to see my husband, my battery warning light came on. I stopped immediately at an auto parts place where they checked my battery. The battery was fine; the alternator was not. I was sent down the street to B N A, and that's where my day got better. It was only an hour and half before their closing time, but they said they would stay and do the work. They didn't want me to try to get my car home and break down on the way and be stuck. You see, my husband is the one who comes to my rescue in these situations, but today he couldn't because he's in the hospital recovering from major surgery and fighting cancer. So today, these angels stepped in and helped me. They fixed my car, and l was even able to walk up to the hospital and hang out with my husband while they did. And here's the kicker....I found out they have another location, and it's the place we've been going to for all of our repair and maintenance needs for years!! So I left today with peace of mind knowing the work done today was top-notch. And at a fair price too! Thank you B N A for everything!
