I stopped to get a quick quote for installing an amplifier ONLY that was already there, and Parish made me come inside to his office, took all my personal information put it in the computer almost 10 minutes has passed TO TELL ME THAT WAS A $1070 TO WIRING THE AMPLIFIER. OMG! I can't believe it, and I thought he meant $107, and he repeated $$1070 😱 I'm glad he told me to sit down before he gave me that price I visited other shops, and they quote, btw $100 to $150, and the job will take less than an hour. please be aware of it so they don't take advantage of you. A few things worth mentioning: 1: I never received a call telling me my car was ready. I called at 4:45 PM Friday PM and Rick told me that Mya was supposed to call me several hours earlier and let me know to come pick my car up...no call. Good thing I called at 4:45 but wasn't able to get there until 5:15. Sort of compressed my orientation time. 2: Leaned that all my Radio station presets were erased as well as my Sirius XM Radio ID #. Spent an hour on the phone setting that up...no big deal but worth mentioning. 3: Learned that to work wirelessly, the Dongle needs 80% or better charge to drive the signal all the way thru....figured all of this on my on. 4: Wish there had been some sort of instruction manual/literature on all of this to refer to. All and all I give you and your team an A+ on the overall quality of the installation. I have already had several inquiries from other C7 owners that want to do the same thing and gave them your contact info. I would like to have you come to one of our monthly Corvette Club of Marion County monthly meetings giving you a captive audience of 75~100 Corvette Owners to explain what specialized "Enhancements" you provide. We meet First Wednesday of every month at Mimi's on SR-200. Between Mike Stone our President and myself, you are building a good customer base with us. Consider also becoming one of our sponsors. Well let’s start by saying I have Known Parish since the mid 90s. Here we go I am going to roll back some clocks for some. I know him from ASAP car audio ( Rip Vern) back then Parish was a gentleman and a scholar and nothing has changed. His business is an excellent example of how a business should be operated. I experienced nothing but extreme professionalism and a great product for a great price. I had window tint installed on both of my Polaris Ranger and they done an outstanding job once again. Last year they tinted my 3 seat Ranger and it’s Stellar to say the least. This year they tinted my 6 passenger and done another outstanding job. Having said that I would recommend anyone needing Car Audio or Window tint you go to Ocala Car Audio and window tint. Parish and the crew are extremely knowledgeable in the Audio field. I have bought many systems from him personally in the past and I was always happy. Now I do have to say don’t be worried when you see the Big Beard and wild Hair due 😂😆 because Parish is nothing but honest and in the business to make you THE CUSTOMER happy with a fine product. Needed to have a new head unit installed in our 15-year old Mazda SUV, and this team did an excellent job in explaining the different options, what adaptors would be needed to interface with the existing car wiring, and sorting through the huge quantity of head units available. Then, the installation was done cleanly and on time, and that included troubleshooting several problems that hadn't been originally known. All in all - a very professional and complete installation, including training us on the new product's features and operation.

This is a great place to do business. I have had several vehicles done at a different shop in the area and was never disappointed with them but I decided to go visit Ocala Car Audio just to explore some options and get a new set of ideas for my stereo project. Parish spent an inordinate amount of time consulting with me, helped come up with a gameplan and was overly accommodating in squeezing my vehicle into a workday slot that they really didn't even have open. Marvin handled the install with great care and it was done extremely "clean" which is important to me in a brand new vehicle. Additionally - while I was there I had the neat experience of watching Parish speak to and interact with several other folks and the "bedside manner" with which he chooses to handle the customer is one of those things not found much anymore in the standard service levels of today. Truly remarkable. Lastly - I had heard that they were not the "cheapest' option around and while that might be true, when putting a price to the service, customer care, product, service and install...they aren't exactly the most expensive around either. I would encourage folks to visit the store and explore options as I did - rather than simply call for pricing as you're buying service and products - not just a price. I highly recommend OCA as an option for anyone looking to customize their ride.

This was my first time with Ocala car audio and tint. Because I had a travel itinerary they managed to find time for me before my event began and the installation of my dash cam went professionally. I got more than I bargain for and have booked the installation of an addition to my Harley-Davidson and will probably have my rear windows tinted on the day I drop my bike off. It's easy to find. It's on a recognized corner, the crew was friendly and well informed and more than happy to pass that information on to you when you needed it. The email and messages I received explained exactly what you need to do how much time it will take in that day, and give you a way to contact them if you have any changes or problems. I'm not very phone savvy but found it easy to communicate with Ocala car audio and tint.
