Had our vehicle repaired here after a collision at our insurance companies direction. I wish I had listened to everything I had read and utilized an independent shop or even performed the repair myself with junk yard parts. Communication was, decent, Duncan was friendly, but I get the sense my questions were bothering him. The work performed didn’t meet expectations for a 4.6 star(at time of review) body shop. The aftermarket bumper they used wasn’t flush, this wasn’t caught until I pointed it out. Also, the rear hatch had runs and low spots on the bottom edge. While I don’t doubt this is hard to paint properly, I expect my vehicle to be returned to more-or-less like new condition. The paint in that area is already failing again. Overall, 3 stars as their work is average or below and customer service is probably average or a little better.

The repairs look good. Door is completely brand new! Shawn has been great with communicating. When I got my car back my remote start and the door being able to be opened with my hand was not working. He told me to bring it back and he had them fix it no problem. I really appreciate is work ethics! Nice gentleman! And thank you to anyone else who helped!

The only saving grace for this shop location is Duncan. Subpar workmanship with no attention to detail or respect for customers vehicles. Below pictures are of the completed paint job on my bumper. Didn't even bother to fill the pits and sand the bumper. Just painted over them.

I had a little incident with my car and I had to put it on my insurance and my insurance company use Hudson‘s collision center and they really did an awesome job on my car. I recommend this company to take care of your vehicle they did an awesome paint job on my car. Everything was done properly and they even had my car done sooner than the date that they said it would be done. Great Customer Service Great quality I would use these people. I got into an accident and chose this place for repair, and I am beyond satisfied with their service and the finished results. Shawn is the man and went over everything that was done with the car. The whole process was extremely quick, only taking 3 weeks (which was super unexpected and pleasant!). I had to take it back in because the left headlight didn’t get fully plugged in, but that got fixed in less than 5 minutes. They even went above and beyond by washing the car and vacuuming the interior, something I should’ve done, admittedly, but I was super surprised by. I’d give more stars if I could! Great place!

Beyond happy with the customer service and work done on my car. Daryl who works up front was awesome, friendly and efficient. Brandon who handled the repair/claim was awesome, prompt and sent me daily texts once work was started on my car to keep me up to date. They both followed through what they said they would do regarding the repair/claim/rental and are great at their job. I was telling my husband it has been a WHILE since I have gotten such great customer service, it had seemed these days that had went out the window but y’all proved it has not. 11/10 satisfaction on customer service AND the work done! Also, when I got my car back- it was spotless. They washed the outside and cleaned inside! It smelled fresher too! They even buffed my driver headlight lens cover (replacing my passenger headlight was part of the repair and my driver one was VERY cloudy) Brandon / the shop crew really took care of me on this one and tried to get the driver one as clear as they could so it matched better to the new one. That was such a nice surprise because I was thinking I was going to be needing to order a new lens cover right away. So thankful they bought me some more time with my current setup! They definitely made a stressful situation easy. No one wants to deal with a car accident, claim or situation like this but I would highly recommend Joe Hudson’s, specifically for his location near Target. Absolutely phenomenal!! Attaching before and after photos so you can see how great they did. (Unfortunately I do not have a before pic of how cloudy my driver lens cover was)

I picked up my car today from Joe Hudson‘s collision center on 18th St. in Ocala, Florida. What a fantastic place this is. When I brought the car in, Duncan came out and assured me that it would look like new when fixed. During the repair process, Duncan was in touch with me about how things were progressing. I really appreciated that, When I got my car today, it looked just like it had never been hit. Everyone was so nice there And it was great that I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all . Everything was handled by them . I highly recommend Joe Hudson‘s.

Joe Hudson’s Collision Center has been amazing. Unfortunately, we have had to use them twice this year. Both of these times it has been an excellent experience! first time my vehicle was totaled and they were excellent through the process. Most recently. a deer hit my daughter’s car. It was her first accident and she was understandably upset, but they made the process very easy. We also received the car back two days before expected, which was an added bonus!

I took my truck to Joe Hudson’s Collision Center after I was T-Boned in an accident and they fixed my truck up good as new! Everything that was damaged got repaired, they were great with communicating with me regarding updates on my repair. They send text updates 1-2 times a week and they also have an online link where you can check on the status of the repair. They delt directly with the insurance company to cover my repairs and it was completed pretty quick too! I even got it back 4 days earlier than the completion date! This is the 2nd time we have used Joe Hudson’s after an accident and they are great! No complaints! I highly recommend!
