AWESOME!!! Fast, courteous, honest & reliable my experience with Autobahn and the owner Seth was superior from beginning to end. I brought him my 2004 Nissan Xterra to which I had several people look at it prior and put hundreds into new parts to try and figure out the problem. Seth took my car and in no time figured out what no one else was able to. I will only take my cars to Seth at Autobahn from now on!!! Nice to know honesty and reliability still exist!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The service at Autobahn is simply fantastic and they go above and beyond. Seth, the owner, gave a thorough report on a car that I'm going to purchase. I was well informed and comfortable in his expertise. Thank you so much. Great work!

Sent my 1990 Mercedes Benz 420 SEL in for engine work. Talked to Seth and he knows these old Mercedes very well. It was great talking to him about Mercedes vehicles. They diagnosed the problem quick and let me know what was wrong. It needed major repair due to timing chain problems. He and his team got on it and had it all back together quick. I picked up the car and she runs the best she ever has! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS IF YOU OWN AN OLD MERCEDES! Thank you Seth for an awesome job!

I have a 2003 S Class which has really been a "problem child" with frequent electrical issues. Seth had been great and doing his best to correct the issues as well. However, some of these problems even baffle Seth but he is always honest and willing to explain what he sees is going on. I appreciate that Daniel E. Suummerfield, Fl. Once again, my Car returned to Seth for Radio problems. He has been beyond kind and willing to help fix it although very time consuming. After a long stay at Autobahn, Seth identified the problem and fixed it perfectly ! I am beyond appreiciative to Seth for his Skills and Honesty. Thanks Seth ! Daniel E.Skidmore Customer

Very prompt service for my first gen Mini Cooper. I had it towed there on a friday and was out the door monday afternoon. My only issue was the price situation. When the car was received and inspected the mechanic informed me of what was to be done as well as some preventative maintenance. After that call I never received a call with a price estimate and walked into a near $600 bill I was expecting to be maybe half of that. The labor rate was somewhere around $120/hr and for a little shop that seems somewhat excessive nearing dealer levels. The mechanical work looks great but I would’ve appreciated a call before performing a service costing 20% of the car’s value for a routine thermostat replacement, coolant flush and a few hoses.

Awesome awesome awesome!! After literally years of trying to fix my mom's truck and innumerable mechanics, Seth has figured it out! Great customer service, and the best advice. Treated us as family and not just a name on an invoice. Highly recommend this place for all of your car and truck care needs! Thanks Seth! You're the best!

Brought my BMW 528 for a timing chain replacement. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Honest, upfront and thorough in the inspection of the entire car. Advised while having the oil pan off to upgrade to an aluminum one which was a no-brainer from a labor perspective.

I've had my BMW for 7 years and about 100k miles. I have mechanically worked on them multiple times in my past as I enjoy it. So basically my Service Engine Soon light turns on and my car starts riding rough. I know a little bit about cars and it felt like it was an O2 sensor issue, I ensure my car's issues are always checked immediately as I like having a really smooth running car. Okay, I'm in Ocala so I went to get it checked out, I'm assuming it was the owner since he was the older gentleman in the office. He states it is the 02 sensor triggering the the SES light along with misfires. He claims I need both 02 sensors replaced but that wont fix the problem, I also need the spark plugs changed as well as the engine coils changed since he stated those showed up when running the car's codes. This is all to a cool price of $1700, Seems iffy to me so I decline it. I take my car back to Orlando and went back to my BMW mechanic for the past 7 years. He finds there is a problem with 1 o2 sensor and apparently it got pulled off while I driving and there were no misfire codes just the o2 sensor one. It was replaced for $400 and now my car is running absolutely back to normal. Never coming back here again, and I highly suggest nobody else does either. And anyone who has well I absolutely implore you to get a second opinion. I'm a very well off doctor but I hate being taken advantage of. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Super scammy mechanic and I'd tell everyone to stay away if I could. Oh and also I know some local people who have been to him and they told me very similar stories but unfortunately they told me about them after I went. I wish I never did. Photo of the o2 sensor was uploaded that was damaged during my driving to prove my point.

Best import shop in Ocala. I have taken my car there twice now and the prices are legit and they don’t gouge you and their service is unmatched. I’ve had my car worked on before other places and different states, this place by far is the best I have ever been too. Seth is amazing and knowledgeable and the lady in the office is AMAZING!!!! Thanks Autobahn for taking care of my car and not being like the rest. Matt Spencer

I had a great experience here! My 1997 Buick Century has been over heating for various reasons and I feared that my head gaskets needed to be replaced. Seth checked everything out and told me this was true. I have a very hectic schedule and need my car for work. The mechanics worked rapidly to fix it in a very short time. Their prices are unbeatable. I am a loyal customer!

I'm new to the area so I didn't know who to call when I had a really bad coolant leak. I always go by google reviews and I found this shop who seems like they are a very reputable garage. They specialize in imports, but I took my jeep grand cherokee here, and they got me back on the road in no time flat. I feel like they were honest with me and not trying to take advantage of me. Also, they stand behind all of their work and give you a 1 year warranty. One of the best experiences I've had at a auto shop for sure. I hope I don't have another issue to return to Autobahn, but if I do I will surely be back. I rate them 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks again!

Autobahn was recommended to me when my car broke down. They replaced my water pump and several plastic pipes at the tune of nearly $2k. Nine months later and with very few miles on the car I have a coolant leak and can see moisture on the water pump so I take it back to them. They say that the leak is somewhere else and that the water pump is working as intended. They tell me it will be labor intensive to get to the leak and that it will be $500 to check it out and that they will put that towards the cost of the repair. They already charged me to replace all the associated pieces when they did the water pump. I did not have them do the repair. A week later the car is leaking so badly that it won't even hold coolant. I took it to another shop that does see the minor leak but it is definitely the water pump that is leaking badly. Now I am am paying a second time for the same repair. Needless to say I will not be going back to Autobahn. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Driving back north to Indiana, a female with a pup, my BMW started a frightening chugging motion with a 1000 more miles to go. I was led to a German car specialist at Autobahn, who diagnosed and fixed my car that afternoon. I was so afraid of being taken advantage of and far from home. I found THE BEST staff with excellent service and NO price gouging or upselling!!! I made it home safely. A highly recommended company from a happy Hoosier ! Thanks Autobahn Imports in Ocala. And thanks to Mullins for the right recommendation.

Started taking my Mercedes here for service and will not go back again. The people that work here have no communication between them. I even dropped off my car for service. Left the key all day and arrange for a ride to pick me up and drop me off to pick it up after work more than enough time to complete the service only to find out they almost lost my keys had no clue who I was and the service had not been completed now I have to go find another service shop and rearrange everything

Brought my car to my regular repair shop for a check engine light and EPC light on. They told me I needed to send the car to Autobahn since they would be more suitable to do the work. They had the car for 5 days, charged me over 2100$ for an oil leak (which I was told was the issue) , added work and parts that apparently also needed to be replaced while it was there , although unrelated to the oil leak. When I went to pick up the car, the check engine light and EPC light was still on. Apparently no one bothered to check what the issue really was. Now I’m being told the codes have nothing to do with the oil leak and the car would need to stay there another couple days so they can figure it out and work on it. They had 5 days. 5 days where no one bothered to check. Apparently checking EPC and check engine lights opens a can of worms that people don’t want to know about. But the whole reason they had the car in the first place was because those lights were on and clearly there’s an issue that needs to be fixed. In the end, they are blaming the initial repair shop. Definitely feels like you’re being taken advantage of and easy work is the path chosen vs proper work.

They have serviced 2 Mercedes Benz for me over the past 10 years & I am as pleased with their work as I am from the Mercedes dealer. Seth, AutoBahn proprietor, as well as his entire staff, are highly trained, extremely knowable and totally qualified in handling all aspects of import mechanics. I absolutely recommend trusting your ‘baby’ to folks at AutoBahn Imports! S.M. Wood, Ocala, FL
