This man sucks,l paid him a thousand dollars and he didn't do anything to the car,had it since Dec. Till now. Don't take anything to those man. I want my money back,he didn't even find out what was wrong. Now I'm taking him to court. To get my money back. He did nothing.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! These guys are so nice and they actually want to help you when you call! They did all the work we needed and were honest about the problems we were facing. We had codes reading that the problem could have possibly been much worse than they actually were but they found the issues and solved them at a much much lower price than expected.

I am writing this review because of Chris and his spectacular service! I am new to the area and had a big problem with my Audi transmission. I looked online and came to TransMax Transmission because of the reviews! Chris did not sell me a new transmission, he told me the truth~ Very Unusual in these times. He and his team had my car for a couple days to make sure they did all their due diligence before giving me the bad news. they could certainly fix my car, however, with the mileage and year taking into consideration, I decided to decline. No hard feelings, and Chris did not push in any way! TransMax Transmissions actually does other services besides Transmissions!~ I will be Back! Thank you Chris!

Took car in to replace transmission. Having to wait several days for the repair we rented a vehicle from them.. had an accident with the car which our insurance covers but when we returned their vehicle we stayed overnight with it because all of our stuff was in it. The owner got mad because he says we didnt obey his order not to stay and refused to do our repair. We were on vacation so this is not one I would recommend.

They were so nice and professional. They got my car in and inspected it first thing in the morning and after finding out what was wrong, they fixed it that day. The whole staff was amazing. They even took pictures on their phone of the problems so as they explained everything to me I was able to see what they were talking about. I felt they really care about their customers. As well as my safety and promptly took care of everything. They also gave me a quote ahead of time for me to approve everything. Veterans Repair LLC are AMAZING ⭐️

I don’t often write reviews but I do when I find one that deserves a 10 star here it goes. The minute we walked into the door we were treated like best friends who haven’t seen each other for a while. They got on to our problems with our motorhome plus offered to share lunch with them hard to beat that Chris, Lisa and Cory did a phenomenal job.
