Our battery went dead while we were out. Called Pearson Nissan and they took us right in. Vanessa was extremely helpful and got our battery replaced immediately under warranty so no charge. I highly recommend Pearson Nissan! They are friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to the service manager Garry. This is our first Nissan and so far very happy with the vehicle and the service. Thanks again folks.

I've been bringing my Infiniti Q50 to this dealership for years and they have always been great. This time around I had a noise coming from the car while driving. Scheduled an appointment and brought the car in. Normally with my previous cars, whenever an issue occurs I am stuck playing these trial and error games at the dealerships as they try to figure out what's wrong. While I am stuck paying for different things, but not this time. George the technician that worked on my car was able to identify the issue and my Service Advisor Cristina brought me back to shop and showed me so I can see for myself. This really helped with my skepticism as I could see and hear where the noise was coming from, which was the bearings on the wheel hub. Once both the hubs were replaced the noise was gone and the issue was resolved. I would recommend the service advisor Cristina and the technician George. They do a fantastic job and they go above and beyond to identify the issue and resolve it.

Useless 2 visits and 2 wasted days trying to diagnose my car only to be told they dont have the tools to diagnose it and that I have to take it to a Dodge dealership. Don't bother with their extended warranty because they refuse to fix your car

Car was sent to dealership to determine the amount of damage caused by Walmart leaving off the oil cap. When the car was picked up it was shared that the car was not thoroughly checked.

Saw the vehicle I liked and called spoke to Jessica in BDC she was professional and friendly. She invited me to come the next day and see the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a very professional and super nice guy introduced himself by the name Jeff Johnson. I told him I came in to look at a Honda odyssey and he showed me the vehicle and we roadtested it. I agreed to go ahead with the the purchase . They took great care of me gave us a great deal. I want to thank Jeff, Miles and Jim in finance they went beyond to satisfy me. Also want a special thank you to Jimmy Morejon service manager for taking care of my handicap lift and making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I was in the automotive industry for 36 years and I know great customer service when I see it. Kudos to all the staff at Pearson Nissan.

I drove in the parking lot only intending to look. Salesman Clay approached my truck asking if he could help me. I explained i was just looking but would love to have a look at The Nissan Kicks i saw advertised. He hopped in my truck with no judgement of the huge mess i had. He showed me the Kicks which unfortunately was smaller then i anticipated. He told me he thought i might like a Rogue. At this point he took me into the showroom and had me look at the floor model (which i loved) and proceeded to pull it out of the showroom for me to test drive. After we returned he asked what I thought and asked what i was looking to do. He brought his boss Miles over introduced us and said we can get you into that car I promise you. He and Miles worked some serious magic and got me approved. My credit history is just into the good range as I have no revolving credit accounts and only 1 auto loan in the last 10 years. The payment on the vehicle was slightly higher then i needed it to be to remain on a comfortable budget so i had to turn it down. Clay then asked if i would be interested in a pre-owned. Of course i said yes. So he pulled me up a 2017 Rogue, low miles with all the bells and whistles i was looking for. We drove it. I loved it. We started paperwork. Never ever was Clay pushy or aggressive. He answered all my questions honestly. Miles again worked some wonderful magic and got me approved with a local lender. That was important to me. Im so very impressed with how i was treated at Pearson Nissan. Clay is a sweetheart and Miles is absolutely wonderful! Upon driving out of the lot i rolled my window down and it wouldnt roll up. I pulled back in, grabbed Clay and without hesitation he pulled it into the service department and they installed a new switch no questions asked. After about a week, my key fob showed low battery. I took it into parts and the young guy behind the counter was so friendly and didnt bat an eye. He took both fobs, checked them and changed both batteries without question. I would recommend Pearson Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again.

I bought my car from this dealership and thought I could trust them for service. Went in for a simple tire check and oil change and my car was driving perfectly fine and passed all their inspections, but on my way home suddenly out of nowhere I have a cracked radiator with coolant everywhere. When we called to tell them about it, they were very dismissive and rude and wanted $160 to run a diagnostic on it. Terrible customer service. I'm bringing it to Gainesville Nissan instead so they can fix whatever these people have done to my car. Gainesville Nissan's customer service is outstanding and they would never treat a customer the way Pearson Nissan has. Edit: I am now out $908 and had to replace my radiator. Absolutely furious with Pearson Nissan service department.

Timely and great customer service. Explained what was being done the entire way, shared videos of various measurements of service concerns on inspection with me… kept in loop entire time.

They are literally lied about me hitting this car with my dad truck. My dad truck is grey, plus he has a wheelchair lift on it. There is no where on my lift does it have white on it. Plus the car that was hit with a blue car. I wanted to see their camera but they couldn't see it. Nice!!!! Now I have to go through this BS,,, thank you

Pearson Nissan of Ocala was a complete waste of time. I clearly stated within the first moments that I was looking for an older SUV (2019–2021 at the newest) and was explicitly told they had vehicles like that on their pre-owned lot. Instead of simply showing inventory, the salesperson immediately launched into budget, financing, and cash questions—classic pressure tactics to size me up rather than listen. After keeping me waiting while he “checked with his supervisor,” he finally admitted they don’t have anything older than 2024 on the lot. That directly contradicted what I was told at the start. The whole interaction felt contrived and manipulative less about helping a customer and more about running a script. Even so, I decided to look at the cars in the pre-owned section. None of their cars show a price. If you value honesty and your time, look elsewhere.

I was visiting from out of state and needed scheduled maintenance before returning home. Excellent service and attentive service staff. My only dislike was receiving a text for work that was recommended. I just happened to see the text while checking the time. I would prefer staff approach me since my phone is usually on silent and tucked away.

Love the service team and service at Pearson Nissan. This dealership puts forth extra effort in being attentive to customer service, concern, financial needs by offering specials and coupons and quality care in educating and informing the customer of what’s going on, what their seeing, informing of the why’s and doing so in a manner that’s easily understood and the customer doesn’t feel like a dummy. My recent car care/needs took a little bit to work through and I’ve spent some time with many of the team members. I’d rather them have taken the time than to guess and charge for things I didn’t need. As expected, anxiety comes with the unknowns and even the knowns with car repairs and I’ve definitely experienced the anxiety, recently. But I can’t imagine having trusted any other team to work through it all with me. From my phenomenal service advisor, Vanessa, who I work with whenever either of my Altima's need service; to Jennifer, Caleb, Issac, Justin and Ed on the mechanic team; I’m so appreciative of the attentiveness shown and the highly professional and personable manner in which each of these team members engaged with me. It was a pleasure to see the team work, relationships, the mentoring…everyone was on the same page and respects each other. I was really impressed when Vanessa, Ed and Justin took me into the shop to show and explain to me what they were seeing. Each also rode with me several times in an effort to hear what I was hearing. Meant more than I can say. And it was explained and shown in a way that I understood. This team is clearly a family and continuously strive to improve the customer experience. I purchased my 2013 Altima from Pearson and have only had it serviced at Pearson, which is why I attribute the fact that I have 245,500 miles on it and I honestly trust it more than I trust my daughters 2021 Altima with 65,000 miles…lol. Although she lives out of town, I strive to get her car serviced at Pearson. It’s a wonderful feeling to trust in and believe in this team; I trust that if I’m told something is needed, it’s needed! I love the service specials as I know I couldn’t do the upkeep without them. Also loved that I was able to establish a relationship with a service advisor can I see every time who has gotten to know me and my vehicles. I know my 2013 won’t roll forever. I would seriously consider another Nissan because of the service I get here! Pearson always seems to be evaluating how to constantly improve the customer experience, which speaks volumes about upper managements commitment. There’s not a better service team! I love this place!!!!
