The store has signs all over the place saying 15 minute oil changes. I waited an hour to get into the bay when there was 2 cars in front of me. The math ain’t mathing there. Got into the bay and the service manager didn’t know what kind of oil I needed in my truck, even though he scanned the truck to bring up that information. Then he tried to upsell me on different services. I had to express I was only there for the 15 minute oil change and he was already down three minutes by trying to upsell me. Then he was a complete jerk to me the rest of the visit and barely spoke to me. The service manager. Shows you how much this place knows and how they treat customers. I’ll be taking the truck into a different shop to ensure the oil change was done correctly. I do not trust this place and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Stay the heck away from this place.

Everything was great from the staff. They were very friendly and efficient. In fact, you have a stellar crew at your Ocala, FL location. My only reservation was the $44 (plus rax) for the tire rotation. I've never paid anything close to that amount for a rotating the tires. Maybe it's a sign of the times. Lol. Other than that, no issues at all. Thanks!

Had a great experience here. I didn’t realize I needed an oil change as desperately as I did. The workers showed and taught me tips about my care and gave advise on maintenance to help my car longevity without being overly pushy about needing to do it now or pay for extreme repairs now. They even offered me a discount on certain services if I purchased them as a package deal, they were all around great caring and helpful.

Justin is the best service rep. I've ever encountered. I am ultra particular of my oil selection and filter via a tribologist I know. Justin understand my concerns and visually showed me what was happening to my oil and filter pre-oil change. Justin and I gained a good amount of trust talking about Indycar and our relationships. He is such a great resource for the Valvoline team.

We were kindly greeted immediately and told they would be with us in a few moments. We were next in line and it didn't take long to be served. We gave them a coupon and there was quick service with no hard sells, though did walk us through each recommendation. Our service was just about 15 mins, though might have been shorter if I wasn't asking questions. They were prompt, efficient friendly and helpful in resetting the computer at the end. I have nothing but good things with the 3 people serving us. Very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend those that served us.

Aaron at Valvoline truly went above and beyond during my visit. I’m not mechanically inclined at all, and he took the time to clearly explain things about my vehicle that I needed to be aware of. He was extremely kind, patient, and professional the entire time. They were clearly short-staffed, but Aaron was carrying the whole store with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
