If you want to pay $153/ hr for labor go here. We had new struts put on shortly after the new owners took over. After only 6,000 miles, they leaked badly,Which we found out from another mechanic when he fixed a flat tire for us. Struts should last much much longer than that as any mechanic will know. Called finish line, told us he would check to see if he could get free replacement parts from manufacturer. He did, but still would not give us a break on the labor, yes it was 255.00 with tax and shop supplies, 230 for labor which took them an hour and a half, thus $153/hr. This after charging us $210 the first time for labor ( total bill over $800). His attitude was that he should get all the labor $$,(because the manufacturer wouldn’t reimburse that part) even though HE sold us the defective part and HE put them in, in other words, he was not responsible at all. Not a good business in my opinion when he takes no responsibility We did ask for a break in labor costs. We would’ve been happy if he had even taken $50 off the labor, but no, he said, prices went up for labor in February. “And I have to make a living”Just because they have Christian music playing doesn’t necessarily mean a business who treats customers well. If you know anything about mechanics of a car, I doubt you’ll want to go here. Buyer beware.

Called and Connie booked my appointment and was super helpful and Professional. Russ looked at my 01 jeep I had an A/C problem with the Control knobs. He was able to find the problem quickly and was able to fix it. Super honest company I will be telling everyone to call finish line! Thanks again

I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical to come here at first as one usually is when going to new places. But let me tell you, coming here was worth it! Karissa, Kathy, and Russ (the owner) are an amazing bunch of people who are warm, welcoming, friendly, extremely attentive and efficient! Take it from me, you won’t regret coming here especially on a whim! I’d recommend calling ahead to make an appointment if you have the time, I couldn’t since I needed my car to be Highway ready today so I that I could commute to Tampa for class safely.

Customer service is top notch! Nicest staff you'll ever encounter, Connie and Kathy are the best. We needed our alternator replaced they offered balanced pricing and a turn around time that no one else can compete with, SAME DAY! Let me say that again SAME DAY! Holy Sh-t. I then mentioned we had a bad oil leak and the owner told me he'd call me back with a quote in a few. He called me back in 15mins if that. BOOM BAM! All fixed same day and the work was fantastic. Let's talk price. You're paying for quality work here people not some cheap a$$ dude in his driveway. They warranty their work so keep that in mind. It is indeed fair pricing. I just recently visited finish line for my jeep and was amazed with this business! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was told by a dealership that a certain thing was wrong on my car, so I took my car to finish line and they told me that, that was not a problem with my car. They fixed the actual problem. Honesty is their policy. I Arrived at 8 AM to have front brakes, pads and rotors installed that I had purchased from a local parts store and a front alignment. I was informed I did not need front brake pads and rotors that I needed rear brake pads and they turned the rotors. Amazingly honest. Did not have the front in alignment completed due to needing some parts and JP showed me exactly what was needed. Will return later to have the alignment corrected. Jimmy was exceptionally nice. As well as the two women at the front. I am totally amazed, because I have seen and heard of so many horror stories with auto repair shops 5+ star rating.

Hello, I want to thank all employees of finish line. I have brought two of my cars to them for service and I am very pleased. I took my 2016 dodge journey to them because I going on a 3000 mile road trip, they checked everything on my vehicle so I would have a safe trip.
