Walts has been so helpful since I moved here last year. My tire blew up on the highway one evening, and they had a new tire on by next morning! I now come here for all my oil changes and any issues. they are very knowledgeable, personable, and the prices are very fair. very thankful to have such an amazing team just down the road from me! Another visit, have to come back to glow! My little spark that they have been helping me with finally took a poop. the transmission, to be specific. and that happened the day before I had to fly out of state for a week. Showing up early and mid-week, they took my car in right away and gave me a diagnosis within 30 minutes. John did everything he could to find used and new transmissions in the area (and out of the area once we found out there was nothing local), and was great at communicating his updates to me promptly. I decided next day I would have to scrap the car and get a new one. Walt's stored my car (for a small daily fee after 3 days), and it looked just as it had when I left it. I had a lot of stuff in there since it's my work vehicle and I didn't have time to clean it out/organize it/anything since I flew out the next morning. none of my stuff was taken (a lot of shoes, a jar FULL of coins, a nice leaf blower, etc) was taken. That not only vouches for the trustworthiness of the employees there, but also speaks to how trustworthy the facility and location is. Thank you to ALL staff at Walt's!!! Everyone is so kind, and they don't upcharge for stupid shit. All very wonderful people. I will forever vouch for this team ❤️

Started coming here in April. I believe the guy that’s always at the front desk is John and he is super sweet. He got my car fixed right away. As I was driving to the shop my break locked up and he immediately got it handled. I believe the front desk gal is Shelly or Shelby and she’s always so sweet and nice. Very communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend Walts to anyone !!

Dropped my truck and trailer at Waltz Shop for repairs. They did call me once to explain the problem. I called 3 times over 3 days did voice mail but nobody would return my call so I drove up there and took my truck trailer to another place to have repairs done .someone should follow up with there voice mail

Walts Brake and More is the only car repair I have found that is HONEST and does Superior Work! I feel truly blessed I found them after my move from NY 2 yrs ago. I had a terrible oil leak, and they found that a previous mechanic had put 2 gaskets on & it was leaking like a sieve! This is in a 2007 Chevy Tahoe with 200 k + miles. They are also extremely polite & accommodating. I just had brakes, etc, done & they called me with an estimate and found something else & asked me if I wanted it done - no pressure and reasonable prices. They check all the belts & hoses so I’m not stuck on the road! Also turn around time was amazing! I highly recommend, especially if you are a woman & have been taken advantage of by a mechanic in the past.

We are from out of town and were on our way to Ohio traveling in our Motorcoach when we broke down off interstate 75. Called Walt’s and they got us in right away. We didn’t have a tow vehicle and had our dog with us. They hooked us up so we could plug in overnight and stay in the Motorcoach and even checked on us before they closed up for the night. In the morning they finished diagnosing the problem and had us fixed up and back on the road in the morning. They were so kind and generous and extremely knowledgeable. Walt’s made us feel at home and treated us like family. I am forever grateful for the service they provided me and my family during an unexpected and stressful time. First visit to Walt’s Brakes was a good one. I knew I had an issue going on when applying brake pedal caused truck to want to make a hard right turn. However Shelly was great on the phone and got me connected with their truck brake specialist and they were able to work me right in. Walt, Rusty and the entire staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed here with our Harvest Host membership and asked to have some RV work done. As other reviews have noted, honest good businesses seem hard to find these days, this is one of those. Bring your vehicle here you’ll be happy you did! They quickly assessed and fixed our issue plus they diagnosed and repaired another at a fair price. Don’t go anywhere else for car and RV repairs. There's even a dump station and water.

We were in our Safari Kahalari Class A RV when we experienced brake loss. We called and spoke with Shelly who was very helpful and advised they could look at it in the morning but that we could park overnight and have access to water and pump out. We arrived and spoke with John who was helpful in getting us on the books. This is an older RV and parts are not always available. Rusty and his tech (Git-r-done type gent) we able to retrofit parts to make it work better than ever. They are all friendly and accommodating even when you accidentally press the brake with the system open and pump out 2 qts of brake fluid in their parking lot. I wouldn’t push them on that though as kindness has its limits and that is asking a bit much. (Sorry Rusty! 🙈) Definitely recommend 5 stars

I really really: really like Walts Brakes & more. They were very respectful to me, caring, and professional. A very nice team. My jeep compass was taken to Walts Brake & More because it over heated. It was after closing hrs. The next day early morning the tech call me, and introduce himself. First he said good day, and told me his name. I recognize his voice, because about two months ago he put two batteries in the jeep. I am not good about remembering people names, but I will always remember his voice, and kindness. He asked me what happened, and i explained to him what happened. He told me that he will get back to me soon. He did call me back, and it was not a long wait. I knew he would not keep me waiting long due to my experience with him two months ago. He then told me I needed a new radiator. I expected that i needed a new radiator. He told me the price, and i was very happy with the price, because the price was very affordable. He then told me that I could pick up the jeep the next day. I believe him, because of past experiences. Walt Brakes is affordable. I had Jeep repaired at more than one mechanic shop around the city. It’s my opinion that Walts Brakes is reliable, and trustworthy based upon previous experiences. Walts Brakes & more were patient with me, because when he called me, and told me that the jeep was ready to be picked up. I explained that i could not pick up Jeep,because i didn’t have anyone to drive me there, and I will pick up the jeep the next day. He said ok see you tomorrow. I was very surprised when i picked the jeep up, the tech said that he is giving me a discount because I used triple A. Oh my i was so happy. It was a blessing that i didn’t expect. Walts Brakes & more did not have to give me a discount because I used triple A. They did. I recommend Walts Brakes & More 100 percent. I told my friends, and family, neighbors that when they need to repair their cars or etc call Walts Brakes & Brakes ASP, and they would not be disappointed. Yay, I am so happy, grateful my jeep is repaired. I didn’t experience Red tape, meaning a bad experience. Again my experience was excellent. Thank you Walts, Brakes & More. Cheers!
