★☆☆☆☆ ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience with this transmission mechanic. The service was poor, and communication was even worse. I was left in the dark for most of the process and had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates. The situation got so bad that I ended up needing the Ocala Police Department to assist in retrieving my truck, which should never happen with a professional business. Overall, I would highly not recommend using this shop. Save yourself the time, stress, and hassle.
