Everything went well except for two things: 1. The bill ended up being higher than the estimate. and 2. I was ntvable to pay my bill with my regular credit cards and was never told that originally. I did not have debit cards. I therefore had to pay by check. If I had not had enough in my checking account I wouldn’t have been able to take my car!! That full payment deleted my checking account badly . That was an extremely upsetting experience ! Since I don’t have debit cards I cannot bring my car to your dealership in the future.

The waiting room is very spacious and comfortable and they take a video of Your car under the hood under the chassis they do a checklist which they follow and then they tell you what you need to have fixed on your car if anything needs to be fixed would definitely recommend this company to bring your Mazda to have it serviced

We are owners of a Miata mx5, recently we needed service our little one. We contacted Jenkins mazda in Ocala. Zack took my call and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We made an appointment with him for next day. OMG what a fantastic experience, he is awesome. The mechanics Justin and Ryan, were so good in adressing what needed to be done to the car impressive job. My Spouse and I are very happy with our visit, finally found a trusted service for our little one ❤️ Do not hesitate, you can trust this dealer!!!! Also a shout out to the other service crew. Service quality seems to be good, although pretty pricy. One problem - shortly after leaving the dealership the low tire light came on. We were in heavy traffic, had to fight our way through three lanes of cars to stop at a gas station to check the tires. When we got home I checked the Manuel and found that the system had to be reset after rotating tires, which obviously was not done. For what I paid for the service done I should not have had the needless hassle that I did. I expect better performance and wonder what else was missed by the service team.

2024 cx5 not getting up to temperature. 1st. visit was told could not diagnose without a check engine light. I understand that. These dealerships have service techs not mechanics. 2 weeks later light finally comes on. 1.25 hr. Drive back to dealership. Yep. Code= faulty thermostat."duh". And of course, no parts for fix in stock. A week or two and they will call and set appointment. Did offer us a loaner witch was nice. These dealerships don't keep a lot of parts on the shelf. Affects the bottom line at the end of the month. So in a week or so going to make the 2.5 hr. round trip with hopefully a repaired vehicle . Not picking on this dealership alone. Most all dealerships operate this way. I'm 68 years old. This isn't my first rodeo with dealerships. When you go in for repairs, keep your sense of humor, otherwise you'll be very frustrated with dealerships. Nice people though. We laughed and cut up the whole time.

Friendly service. The price for oil change and tire rotation was comparable to other business. I like that they have the service tech doing a video walking around your vehicle showing what he’s checking. They have a nice waiting area with coffee ect. Explain cost up front so no surprises. My service advisor was Katlyn. She was very nice. No pressure to do more work than needed.

Level of service was very good,however I later found the recommendations, once was car service was underway, to rebalance and realign tires and wheels to be unnecessary for such a low mileage car. What should have been a $300.00 max service charge turned out to be $640.00. disappointing for sure.

Came in just for oil change even though it wasn't quite due. Ended up spending quite bit for filters etc. Tire rotation etc. My car is 3yrs old and only has 14,000 miles. It seems to me gate for as little as it is driven, I shouldn't have to replace things so frequently. It would have been better to speak to a person than it done electronically. I do like the video of the sevice being done. Filters were already out so couldn't be sure they were mine.

The service was wonderful! First time I ever received a video of my service. My service technician Ryan was very thorough and found a screw in my tire which needed to be replaced. William was my service advisor and he kept me updated. They also served customers that were waiting, sandwiches which was wonderful since I did not eat breakfast.
