★★★★★ I went there Saturday to find out information about cleaning my fender, flares that used the bedliner coating on it, and because they were black, they had a canon McGuire’s foam black cleaner, and he suggested to use this because of the roughness of my fender, flares which the product worked so this is a good praise for good customer service

★★★★★ I had an unusual experience at this store. My car was towed to Pep Boys, which is next to autozone. It took pep boys more than a week, and they didn't update me on my car nor told me what's going on with it . I waited for my day off and went there to see the store manager. I stopped a guy called Keith and told him my story and how frustrated I was. He listened carefully. And asked me who the salesman contacting me was . When I told him his name, he replied: This guy was from pep boys, and I mistakenly entered the nearby autozone shop. Instead of telling me that I wasted his time, the store manager Keith said: I understand your frustration, and I will go speak to my neighbor manager at pep Boys to explain your situation and help you. Although Keith was busy doing other things, he was happy to go to the nearby store and speak to the manager for me and tried to get my problem solved. I think this is the best customer service experience I have ever had in ocala. From the heart thank you keith.

★☆☆☆☆ Was just in the store for about five minutes. No other customers. Was not greeted and at no time Did anyone ask me if I needed any help. I purposely spent a little longer walking each aisle to look them over for what I was looking for. Even as I left the store, the man at service counter barely raised his gaze. What happened to customer service? April 1. 1:08 PM.
