Great experience. I purchased my 2023 Tucson in Leesburg however had to get it serviced at Ocala due to construction and I have never looked back. Another great experience and Ikeya is an absolute BLESSING! She took time to explain everything needed and go over things that were missed last visit. Overall, nice clean place with some nice amenities, especially those who wait. Notice that the crowd were a lot of senior citizens and retirees. Small chat lets me know that they appreciate the snack bar and Café. The coffees and the Bottle Water. Furthermore, you made it modern with access to chargers and plug-ins to make waiting a little more bearable when you bring your electronics. That’s important.

At 9 AM the morning of the appointment day we received a phone call. The part was not in for our recall because it was not ordered. We live a bit of a distance away so had plans in Ocala designed around our appointment. We had to rearrange those appointments , too. So - stop asking how our experience was. It did not happen. Order your parts when you have appointments- especially recall appointments.

In 9 years I’ve bought many new cars from Jenkins,There service department is the best ,excellent care! The girl that welcomed me at the door was the best very knowledgeable,and professional. I’d also like to comment on the husband and wife team that walk around the showroom floor,on every visit trying to sell you a car, not very professional, seeing my truck is still new,I like Jenkins a lot, however I don’t like that part of it. I bought my 2nd truck through them, even though I didn’t want another new vehicle, its kinda like being forced into something that wasn’t needed, now my payment are upside down. I will say this my next new car or truck won’t be bought at Jenkins…

They wrecked our 3 month old 2025 Palisade while fixing a tire. It took 5 weeks for them to finally fix the car the right way after trying to pawn off a Miss-matched paint job, a dinted door frame, and other issues the shop caused. Plus they left our car running for 2 1/2 hours after the collision so that our dash cam would overwrite the video of the accident. We actually caught the workers saying ‘This should cover our butts on this job!’ On video they didn’t erase. Crooks through and through. When we went to the sales Manager in total dissatisfaction with Service, he stated we would loose 17,000 in the trade! They also said the the Sales dept is separate from the Service department. How convenient! Stay away from Jenkins is my recommendation. -5 stars IMO!!! Now we have a devalued brand new vehicle we can never get a good trade value from on a trade-in whenever we want to in the future.

Well the oil change went fine! Unfortunately, during the waiting time I was approaching by someone who wanted to sell me a car and had already picked out several! After explaining AGAIN that I had two more years on my 10 year warranty plan I was not interested. I go through this every time I come in for several and it is annoying! And always by a new person! Then a person wanted to have my windshield replaced because he found a few small chips!!! THEN another person wanted to sign ok on $ 1,500 for some quote important repairs! Ridiculous! Funny my car was fine driving home! Funny when I first arrived they said they would get me in and out fairly quickly! Although following on the app you provide it took an hour for the “inspection” I the oil change/tire rotation is just an excuse to bill unsuspecting seniors of much mine money! The only reason I come back is pressure the warranty! I also notice that you go through a lot of people!

The service department was excellent as always. However, I would have appreciated being informed by the cashier that there was a 3% surcharge on using a credit card. I was not aware of that or I would’ve paid cash. I called back and asked if she could cancel it, but she said I could not be reimbursed the 3%. I just think that customers need to be made aware of that before the sale.

We came in for 6 month service. It was under warranty, so we didn't pay anything. Eric was our service technician & he was incredible! Paul has cancer & is going through chemo. Eric put us in the private room, said he'd see what he could do about getting the service expedited & delivered about 45 minutes later! We were told it could be up to an hour & half. The salesman showed us some very nice safety features of the vehicle, which was important to me and my wife. My wife liked the vehicle so we traded in her old one and drove off in a new honda pilot. My wife is very happy with the vehicle.
