My husbands brakes failed on his CJ7 Jeep in route home from Gainesville. This garage fixed his Jeep without any complications. Super nice guys, honest mechanics. Would highly recommend them.

Do not trust these people. My mother is an Ocala, FL resident and was completely taken advantage of by this establishment. After a few times of trusting My Guys with her car work, she took it to AutoZone where they found a wedged screwdriver in the the fan of the air conditioning (so that it wouldn't work in the Florida heat) and that was after the last time she went to My Guys to have her car serviced for coil packs in January of this year. The only reason she didn't bring her car back to fix the air was because she had a notion that she should not trust these people. Obviously she was right. They are fraudulent.

This place is by far one of the best in Ocala. Johnny the mechanic is extremely knoweldgble in his trade. Bill is also the man who takes care of you and all of the parts that need to come in in a timely fashion. I bring my truck to these guys, my significant others SUV and referred this place to my other friends. Want your vehicle fixed right take it to my guys or else get ready to get bent over by corporate big companies.

While driving my 1967 P1800 I broke in Ocala and I come to find out that My Guys Autocare fixed Old Volvo’s. I had the car towed there . I met Johnny the owner and he very knowledgeable. To my surprise he even knew the fuel computer was located under the passenger side dash board under the glove box. Once I saw that he knew where the part was I knew I was in good hands with Johnny . I also had my dog with me and it was very hot out Johnny went far and above to even make sure my dog had water and had something to eat while we waited for Johnny to fix the car Johnny had myself and Richie the Dog back on the road within 2 hours . I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs .

I just used “my guys” instead of the dealership, what a great experience . These guys are awsome volvo mechanics but can work on anything!!! Great prices!! Willing to explain and talk to you about the issues and can quickly find any problem!!! Also a very comfortable sitting area with free coffee and bottled water. An awsome experience.

Had my timing and other jobs done here. Bill is a great guy, and Johnny is a great mechanic, hard worker. The only place in Marion County that I leave my vehicle at and trust it will be taken care of. Very hard to find a good shop these days, soooo glad I found this place.

They are so friendly! I loved the place. I had problem with my car triptych cause a sack. Anybody could helped me because it’s Saturday and in my despair I found My Guys Autocare on my way. Excellent people, the owner is super nice even with the language barrier because I don’t have mechanic vocabulary. The price was very good. I really recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful place! Fixed my daughters car right away. Very honest and trustworthy. Bill was fantastic and I cannot say enough great things about this place. Great pricing and excellent service. I will certainly be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on and so will all of my family. You just don’t find knowledge and service like this anymore. I cannot say enough good things about this shop! ( I was there in early August 2020, late to make this review) When Subaru dealership couldn't help me in a timely manner, I'm SO happy the lady on the phone gave me this shop's info. I called and had to leave a message, with low expectations of hearing back, but the owner called me back within 10 minutes. I made an appointment for an oil change a little bit later that day. I told him on phone I wanted him also to check out my brakes. When I came in, they did a speedy job on my oil change, while also checking out my brakes. He said I did need some new brakes and that he could get the parts and have me out of there in an hour. I think I was there an hour and a half total. The pricing was fair. And it's the quickest and most efficient experience I think I've ever had. Small shop but you can tell they CARE and are HONEST and CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. THANK YOU for being reliable and trustworthy!!!!!

Bill Harper is the hometown mechanic that everyone wishes for. We spent more that 30 years moving around the country with the military. Moving into a new community we aways were challenged to find the best schools, a new bank, the best places to shop, and a new church; but the hardest to find was a mechanic we could trust. Our experience was that the dealerships had great mechanics, but we got burnt from service mangement pushing expensive service we didn't need. After a recent dealership $1000 estimate for issues on our Tacoma, we took it to My Guys. Bill fixed it quick for $500. He also helped us get new tires at an unbeatable price. Bill is responsive, professional, and trustworthy--something rare in this industry.

They are amazing! They have helped me out several times now when I needed my car fixed right away. Most recently was July 3rd when I was broke down on the side of the road and nobody would even look at my car until the Monday after the holiday, then I called My Guys!! He said he would do his best to get me back up and running that day even though it was already afternoon. Sure enough around 6pm my vehicle was fixed and I haven’t had any issues since. They have also helped me out in similar circumstances 2 other times. It’s extremely difficult to find a good honest mechanic but My Guys are the best and I highly recommend them.
