Worst shop I've ever been to. They lied to me multiple times, can not provide their estimate, can not explain charges on said estimate and refuse to do anything about it. I was told I would not be helped and should leave. Extremely sexist, unethical, and scamming shop. Don't go here.

No one wants to have to take their car in to the shop but if you find yourself in that situation - GO HERE. Kae was crazy helpful and knowledgable. Communicative throughout the process. Gave solid advice and was straightforward and honest about time and cost. To top it all off when I picked the car up they had cleaned with it with such care and detail that it couldn't have looked better if I had payed for a fancy hand detail job. I've had a few experiences with Experience and in particular Ramon. Had a small bump to the car in front of me but the grill shutter and side mirror needed replacing. They did it all but the software didn't link up to the new sidemirror which turned out to be because the insurer authorized it as an aftermarket part. Experience confirmed that, liaised with the big G and refitted it. Then took it to the official dealership to get them to do the software connection and update it too. Ramon was great and always explained what he knew and what he suspected. He even topped up my tires when he noticed the tired pressure was low. Altogether a great experience and removed a lot of my worry. Great value.

I had my car towed and serviced here after my catalytic converter was stolen. While it took two months to get in the replacement part, the great folks here kept me in the loop every step of the way, and were nothing but kind and patient with my questions. When I picked it up, I found my car not only back in working order but also cleaner than it has been in months! I received excellent service from Kae and his team! Dropping and picking up my car from Experience was quick and easy. I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my car! As a young driver, it was my first time bringing in my car in alone. Kae was really nice and communicated in a way that helped me understand the repair process. Highly recommend this shop!
