Terrible customer service, paid $10 for wash and machine stopped half way through, lady said nothing she can do, would not issue other wash or pay for another one!

Owner is rude and needs to learn customer service skills as do his employees. Terrible service, gas overpriced and staff RUDE and quite honestly stupid. Minimum wage for maximum losers

No awareness of Customers. Vehicles were waiting about 10 minutes behind other customers and then were told they were closing. They could have taped off the entrance and/or told the customers they would be closing instead of letting them wait and not get fuel for the planned closure.

They updated their fuel pumps to actually look a lot nicer! I've been pumping here for a while and it's honestly nice to see them consistently updating equipment and even replacing questionable staff members in order to accommodate a better environment.

paid to get my car washed and ended up just having it sprayed with water and apparently it’s my fault that there was no soap and there was no sort of compensation or even care to making sure that it wouldn’t happen to other customers, don’t waste your money here

Probably the worst gas station I've ever been to. Only about half of the gas tanks are working at one tim IF NOT ANY, about half of them dont accept credit/debit on any given day, the car wash will destroy your car, I seen a guy come out of it PISSED because it destroyed his truck, there's a ton of ppl walking up to you begging for money if you stop to get gas, etc. I could write a lot more but I think you get the point.

Car wash stopped with us inside. Called clerk who tried to reset machine, without success. Clerk refunded wash fee but refused to turn on hose so we could rinse soap off. Also refused to give her name, owner’s name, or a phone number where we could reach someone with our concerns.

Terrible customer service. I tried to pump regular gas but the super lit up. I stopped pumping to tell the cashier who assured me that I was pumping regular. When i realised price I went back in and she tried to tell me it was used error. So now I get to pay more and have you make me feel like I don't know how to push the button I want. Gee thanks. Tried to call... Nothing.

Yep all the reviews are correct. I just left this car wash and the dryer didn't turn on. They turned it around on me and said I didn't wait long enough or pull through. The owner said he watched me on the camera. Crooks.

Went to get gas and the machine asked if I wanted to add on a car wash. I chose the yes option, was charged, and given a code on my receipt. As I pulled in to the car wash, the screen says that it is out of order. I went inside to ask for a refund and was told, "no, we don't do refunds." So I explained that the car wash wasn't working and the cashier just said, "Uh huh." She told me again that they don't give refunds. I asked for the supervisor and she said he wasn't there. I told her she needed to call someone (manager, owner) because it wasn't right for me to pay for a service and then not get it, a refund. I was not friendly to the snotty girl, especially when she threatened to call the cops on me. I told her she had I had done nothing that would necessitate her calling the police. I suggested she put a sign out on the pumps so Pepe would not buy the car wash and in turn, would not co inside and give her a hard time. She then told! me that I don't need to tell her what to do and that she just works there. I agreed and even apologized for being rude, then repeated that I wasn't telling her how to do her job, merely making a suggestion si her job would be easier. I asked for a number and was given the business number (of no help today) and told to call on Tuesday to speak with the manager.

Do NOT go here. Got my car washed here- BASI IS8 dollars- the dryer NEVER turned on. Went in to tell the staff and they didn’t even offer an apology- just told me I was wrong (even though I waited for 2 minutes for it to come on). Asked them replay the camera and they just said no. Seemed almost happy to not offer any help. I’d literally rather run out of gas and call AAA Than deal with these people for 2 more seconds.

DON'T USE THIS CAR WASH!! The brushes ruined a windshield wiper and left scratches on the side of my truck. The warning sign is very odd on what it covers when it ruins something on your vehicle. I tried multiple times to contact the owner about this. I was only able to speak to the attendants and they all told me basically don't waste my time because the owner will not help me. I guess customers satisfaction isn't important anymore! Save your car, go somewhere else!

If you find yourself in the mood to be ripped off, go ahead and use the car wash here. It's obviously not maintained very well. The brushes missed spots all over my car and the soap wasn't completely rinsed off. No way this started happening all of a sudden, this is from neglect. This thing should be shut down and they should stop taking people's money until it's fixed. Otherwise it's thievery, plain and simple.

If I can give this place negative stars, I would. Go somewhere else for car wash, and I will never come or advise everyone I know to not come here. Went to get car wash early Saturday morning, the machine stopped mid way. I reversed and went to registers to tell the cashier that the machine had stopped working. She walked me to the machine and said she'll restart it. She then told me to pull my car to where I was at. Well the machine instead of restarting just went to continue prior to breaking. Then when dryer started, I tried to drive forward, but the machine kept instructing me to reverse ( pretty much stay in my position.) -car still soaking wet- I went inside to tell the cashier about the situation, and she said, "well I told you to go to the spot you were at and you did not. We do not refund." I DO NOT NEED A REFUND, I JUST WANT MY CAR WASHED!!!" I asked for the manager or number and she said the manager is not there, and to call during weekday. She also refused to give her name. What a way to ruin my weekend.

I believe 2 of my debit cards were skimmed by pump on 3/19/24. I inserted one card then changed my mind and inserted a different card and used it instead. Both cards were compromised and I started seeing random unauthorized charges on my bank statement within a weeks time. I have a strong feeling the pump had a skimmer attached to the reader. Beware and check it first by tugging on the reader. I will call and inform management.

I will never return. Their car wash literally scratched my car windows today. I've had experiences there in the past the where the car wash scratched my paint, which of course I can have detailed, but today it literally scratched my car windows. I also have a small car. Toyota Corolla. I've never had this happen at a car wash. Their gas pumps are garbage also. You have to hold the pump the whole time because the little latches are broken. The pumps also stop multiple times.

I paid for a car wash. The left side of my car was not touched by the car wash. So I went inside and ask them to run me through again or give me a refund. The guy that worked there said he was not allowed to help me at all. That the manager would be in next week sometime. Don’t waste your money or your time on this place.

I accidentally paid for a car wash when it was broken and the station refused politely to issue me a refund. See attached picture of Tiny broken car wash sign on gas pump. Regardless of whether it was my mistake or theirs you should be able to get a refund on something you haven't taken advantage of yet. I come here all the time I'm a good customer but I will never come here again.
