I went to the Old Fort Pkwy for an oil change , quickly the manager Mark pulled a somewhat dirty filter from my car stating that it needed to be replaced. I went ahead and told him to replace it , he then looked a one of my front Michelon tires had wiring coming out and that I not only needed a rotation but new tires with the highest of the quotes for 4 tires for $1062.00. While waiting for the filter to be put in I quickly received an email for the amount of $93.00 and a check list of all the things such as fluids, horn all checked on and not one thing was checked by Mark . My horn had not worked in months. He asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I said no. I quickly left with my apparently looking stupid 68 yrs old female self and drove to the location where I purchased my tires and had them checked completely for wires and thread. I was told my tires were fine that I had over half of the lifetime of the tires to go before replacing them. The corporate office was notified and said someone would be in contact with me and that never happened. I’m really concerned about women of age alone driving through this location being talked into something that’s not needed and printed a receipt that was not accurate at all. I know one person not coming back will put them out of business, But hopefully women be careful not to be tricked into doing something that’s not necessary. Please ALWAYS get a second opinion when that place tells you anything. I don’t expect anything to be done about this at all, this is a small business that don’t make a lot of money and saying whatever to get a extra dollar.

I just Visited the location on old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro. I’ve been coming here for years and have always had great experiences. I was having difficulty with air pressure in my tires this morning and Mark M fixed me up right away without charge. These people are always efficient and very friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone, whether it’s for oil changes or major repairs.

We’ve been bringing our vehicle here for years for basic maintenance and service. We found this place when we lived closer and on this side of town, but drive about 15-20 minutes to get to it because of how great and quick the experience is. The manager Marco has such great customer service and a great personality. Sofia also did a great job of making sure our vehicle was taken care of and all the things that needed attention were handled. We will continue to bring our vehicles here.

I've been coming to this Express Oil for years and years. Always loved the team and the services they provided. The last year or so have not been so great; however the experience yesterday with George has brought a hope that they are working to restore the service and friendliness that has always been there. George provided me with a service history on my car that is great...very informative with suggested service but no pressure for me to do them now.
