Ramy thank you so much. He is helpful and friendly guy. I went to 5 truck repair shop they all told me they can’t see the truck until next day and i got load to deliver to PA I should find a mechanic to fix the issue on that day. Finally I called Ramy and he was on a road side work i explained the truck problem and he promised me that once he done with the truck he is working with he will come to me and he did it. He drove more than 80 miles started working on my truck around 10:00 pm by 12:30 am Done. back to the road. The price he charged me is very fair price. After calling around and getting nowhere with other road service mechanics, I finally reached out to EasyFix, Rami for a DPF issue that had my truck stuck at 5 mph DERATE. He showed up within an hour on a Saturday night at 10 p.m.—that alone was impressive. Got me off the road & the next morning, Sunday at 8 a.m., he had me at his shop, replaced my filters & had me back on the road the same day. OWNER OP LAST 7 YEARS, TRUST ME I KNOW WHEN MECHANIC IS PROFESSIONAL OR BLUFFING! Rami is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain the issue before fixing it.
