I took my car there and payed in full to get repairs done. keep my car for 2 day and call and and there were done. When i pick it up it was not done. He said i could bring it back. When i brought it back he said it was nothing he could do for me.

Worst place to go to. They charged me 300 for a a muffler repair, which only cost 125 in other shops. I called 3 different shops and I found out that I was ripped off.

Rick, Rob and Jim are good people. I have had a friend get many things done here and I have had a few different things done. They are always fair, don't tack on things you don't need and are up front with you. Talk to Rick, he will treat you right.

Just went there and to get written estimate. After spending an hour or more there talking about exhaust & with van up & down on hoist. They said I never asked for written est. & they can't give me the paper they did their est. on or even a copy, but they would be willing to write the cost on back of business card. WTF? Yeah, I'm sure the insurance company will believe that quote. (NOT!)

If I could leave, no stars, I would do that. This man misled me in many directions. He charged me for a starter that I didn’t need messed up my car block my calls. I went up there to talk to him. He said The Mechanic was on his way, no one ever came to my house. I’m 61 years old. I’m on a fixed income. I didn’t argue with him about the price. I never disrespect him in no kind of way, I’m just saying how would you feel?

A very dear friend of mine was hit by a drunk driver and killed on Nebraska Avenue. His elderly mother's car was parked at the Three Coins Diner across the street from this muffler shop. She didn't know where her car was and reported it stolen to the same detective that told her her son had died. This shop took it upon themselves to tow the car and only finally let the woman know after almost 3 months. They sent her a document in the mail stating that she owed almost $1500. When she went to pick the car up, they told her it was going to be $600 more. She explained the situation to them but the owner insisted that it was his right to collect. Why did they wait so long to reach out when her contact information was in the vehicle? Clearly they're trying to keep the vehicle and taking advantage of a woman who is mourning the loss of her only son. This has to be one of the most soulless scummiest business owners on the planet.

So I'm visiting Tampa for a couple of days and on the way down. I ran over a piece of tractor trailer tread. Totally ruined the front bumper on my car.I brought my car to fairfix on Nebraska North Nebraska Avenue and the guy fixed my car at a fair price.I am 100% satisfied.
