This is the best mechanic shop in the area! I have been several times now for regular maintenance and upkeep, and I really appreciate how accommodating, honest, and quick they are. Teresa and her team are amazing. They are fast, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and efficient. After dealing with 2 different mechanics and 4 months of a nightmare with my Porsche Cayenne, Teresa instantly knew the issue over the phone, ordered the parts, and had me to bring my truck in the next morning. She was right and I was done within an hour’s time. Best experience I’ve ever had. Customer service is extremely important me as well as trustworthiness when it comes to dealing with mechanics. I found both here. I am a forever customer and will be bringing my BMW next. The prices are also reasonable for foreign luxury vehicles.

Ive always dreamed of owning a Porsche and when I found my beauty, 2016 Panamera, it was the right deal to purchase. What I didn't research was the maintenence cost. After my first service completed at the Porsche dealership, I was given a serious reality check that I was in over what my bank account could handle. I was in search of an Independent Porsche mechanic and while getting my Porsche serviced at Morgan, I overheard a service advisor refer another customer to complete a certain repair down the street. Hmm, where and what was down the street? I made the connection. HEIGHTS! And made my appt and the first positive sign that i was in the right place was a complimentary 2nd opinion inspection. Yes, FREE. Once this was complete Teresa provided pictures and showed me videos of what they found and reasonable affordable estimates to complete the repairs.(More informative than Morgan provided when completing my 8 year service) I have very great discernment about people and I felt so comfortable that I was dealing with a honest, trustworthy business. My search has found my Indy mechanic and I feel my Pana will receive the highest care in my budget, keeping my dream of being a Porsche owner. Had I not found them my relationships with being a owner may have come to sudden end. I will be a commited long term loyal customer. I have 28years in the custimer service industry and when a business exceeds my needs and impress me, they truly have got it! Heights has it!

I've taken my 1998 Mercedes to HAI for the past 7 or so months, on and off. German cars are never cheap to fix, but I love Teresa and her team. They are communicative, quick to get things done, and transparent about pricing. They also offer free lyft rides which is super nice (and not expected). Definitely trust them with my Debbie :)

Very professional, organized, trustworthy, detailed and helpful. This was my first experience with this company. Teresa was genuinely very knowledgable, and resourceful. She was very pleasant and responsive in her communication before, during and after ( follow up) my car was serviced. You can tell she is a true auto enthusiast and "people person". I was extremely pleased with the service performed on my 2024 Porsche GTS. Work was performed by Ray. The price in my case was a fraction of the dealer's quote. The company used genuine OEM Porsche parts. I have now found a great alternative to the Dealer and will continue to use their service. I would highly recommend them based upon my experience. I’ve been to this auto repair shop twice now, bringing in my Audi Q8 and my Porsche 911 Turbo S, and both experiences were absolutely outstanding. The quality of work and attention to detail were top-notch on both visits. The service was excellent, and everyone there was very pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. It’s not easy to find a shop you can trust with high-end vehicles, but this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
