Got the oil change special and also scheduled a 4 tire rotation. The rotation is listed on the invoice but when I got home I saw that the tires had not been rotated. This was readily apparent because the right rear rim has scrape marks and was still located on the right rear tire. Happy with the oil change not so much that the work was incomplete.0

Santee location HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I reached out two weeks ago about swapping wheels and tires on a set of custom wheels. Yesterday my mechanic confirmed that they COULD AND WOULD swap my wheels and tires. Today I bring my wheels and tires and the manager on duty today was Mike. When we dropped the wheels off at 1400 we confirmed with him that the wheels and tires needed to be swapped. Mike said he couldn't put used tires on used rims after we confirmed not once but twice. Mike then agreed after we alerted him that we had confirmation that they could do it. Mike then said he would have the wheel done today. I come back two hours later in which he said could I could back tomorrow AFTER HE AGREED EARLIER to have my wheel and tires swapped. Mike then said he would have the wheels done just give him sometime. Mike called back in 30 mins to inform me that they couldn't swap wheels and tires without damaging my new wheels. (Which means I will damage your new wheels if you want me to swap wheels and tires). This experience was very unprofessional being that we planned and confirmed this over two weeks ago. I don't not recommend anyone take the vehicle to the small family business! I’ve reached out and called the number you provided me with and no one called me back.

Do not recommend unless you want them to bend your dust guards on your tires! Firstly the owner was extremely hostile and made a scene when I mentioned being able to work on vehicles. It was unprofessional and one of the workers even admitted to being yelled at later by the same manager because he made a mistake with our appointment. Right after completion of the alignment the car began to have a loud squeaking noise when the car made left turns. It had never made that noise previously and when we checked the tire it was noticed it had bent dust guards that were rubbing against the tires. Don't go here unless you want to have your service done wrong and to be up charged for it!!!

1999 Lexus. Balance and alignment. I called before I went there and asked about the time estimate and they said 90 minutes. First, after checking in in 30 minutes, the tech explained to me why they can't do the balance to my car (bad tires). Second, they explained to the options I have in details. I declined their suggestion and they still went with what I wanted and fixed my issue temporarily for the dad's car. Now I know where to go next time I need a mechanic AND, I know who to recommend when someone asks my advice. Little coffe machine and water dispenser are available. Toilets available. Clean professional place with financing options with NO INTEREST when applies.

Caught employees lying to me. They were trying to tell me that I needed to buy a part that wasn’t even broken. The crazy part is, they were telling me that I needed to purchase this part before they even took it out of my vehicle and to inspect it. After they took it out they sent me pictures of the part telling me it was cracked when it wasn’t. That’s when I went down there to inspect it myself, and it was not cracked. I went in there originally, I told them the power steering hose had a hole in it and it needed to be repaired, They called me back the next day and told me that the reservoir is cracked before even taking the reservoir out of the car and inspecting it. They took the reservoir out of the car, sent pictures of it to me telling me it was cracked, so I drove down there to inspect it myself and sure enough it was not cracked. They fixed the hole as I originally requested them to put it back together and is working just fine with the reservoir that they told me that I had to replace. Anybody without common knowledge would have got ripped off by this place and it wouldn’t even have fixed the problem.

I appreciated being able to make the appointment online. When I knew I might be late due to having it towed they were more then understanding. They communicated the price before hand and called with any updated. As well as explained the issue. I left knowing this will be where I go with any future issues with my car not only because of the speed, price, and ease but also the respect.

I had a great experience getting new tires and an alignment on my '99 Lexus. Excellent customer service, quality work, and affordable prices. Shout out to Junior for all the help and advice. I appreciated his knowledge, honesty and friendliness. I stopped in to inquire about the tire sale. Junior gave me prices and a timeline. I dropped off my car the following morning and before the end of the day I had two new tires, installed and balanced, and an alignment. Exceeded my expectations, both in quality and price.
