Manager should keep his political opinions to himself instead of screaming them out loud in a waiting room full of people. Its just not a good business practice. If you are a Republican i dont reccomend this place, not interested in a loudmouth manager giving political commentaries while waiting for your my car.

First time visiting this shop because of the great reviews, had my car towed here because I had a flat tire they looked and couldn’t find any defects on the tire. The air leak came from me trying to put air in my tire. I have to say all the positive reviews are true, these people are honest, dependable and reliable and I’m so glad to have found this place that was actually honest didn’t charge to look at my tire and didn’t try to rip me off. Just amazing!!

This was about the worst experience I’ve ever had in a car shop of any kind. The gray hair gentleman was condescending and rude. I walked in and asked for a tire for my car. He asked me, “Do you know what you want or do I have to go look at it” I wouldn’t quite remember my tire measurements, so he wasn’t happy about that and said, “Since you don’t know what you want, I’m going to have to go look at it!” I already knew that I didn’t go to the best tire shop at that point, but my schedule was just too tight that week and had to get the tire change done that day. Once back behind the counter, after looking at my tire, he proceeded to act condescendingly and mockingly. For example, when he told me the year that the old tire on my car was made, and I asked him how he knew that just by looking at it, he mockingly said, “I went to tire college!” which caused his coworker (which was sitting beside him) to laugh out loud. Then, he told me that the only tire they had for me was an economy tire. When I asked him the brand, his response was, “You don’t need to know that.” I had to ask him twice more before he grudgingly gave me an answer. I think it was then that he made some other dumb remark that caused his coworker to laugh out loud once again. Why didn’t I leave after all of this ridiculous behavior? Because, as I said, I just had to get a new tire at that time, and leaving and going somewhere else would have been much worse than dealing with the ridiculous behavior these people were displaying. That was also why I just stayed quiet. Because, if I had said something, it wasn’t going to be in a polite way, and I would have had to leave after that. This was truly the worst place I’ve ever taken my car to. Very disappointing.

I’m having trouble leaving a new review but I wanted to really put this out there so I erased my old review since I’m ignorant and I’m not sure how to do these things but I wanted to definitely let everybody know how wonderful family Tire is and how they step up to the plate and helped out my friend Family tire : Just in case you’re not 100% sure family Tire off Pembroke Road I-95 Well, a friend of mine asked me to give a hand today regarding their very good friends having a unfriendly situation They went on a cruise and when they came back their car which was on blocks. infinity, QX 60 2025 The reason why I’m mentioning this I felt so proud today Family Tire stepped right up to the plate I messaged them earlier and they started working on this right away This was not a easy task When I started doing my quick investigation, why I was running my morning errands I called infinity, and I spoke to a very nice gentleman in the parts department The rims cost $795 each The tires they wanted $395 each Each tire needed a sensor $100 each In addition, the gentleman explained to me that there was a nationwide back order on the rims. This is very easy math $6000 So let me tell you family tired then They help me coordinate a tow truck They secured the rims locally They already had the premium tires in stock They are putting the Infiniti back in operation Under $2000 with tip The tow truck cost $200 And they said they were gonna invite me out for dinner when they came back So that’s probably gonna cost them an extra $150 I always said Family tire not only offers personal service quality products and competitive pricing And the men that work there all hard-working, so I love being able to support local this business Thank you, Family Tire For making me look good And I did nothing other than a phone call Family Tire AAA all the way Joey Dee in Hollywood Florida ciao

I've heard good things about this local business since I moved to FL. I went there at noon on a Monday to replace an original 2 year old Pirelli tire and left 30 minutes later with an exact replacement balanced and mounted at a VERY FAIR price that was better than I had imagined (more than 15% lower than Costco).
