Sean, DJ Mike and the woman at the front keep this place the best shop around town. They are genuine and realistic with your cars issues and recommendations. Will continue to bring mine and my families car to this location and this location only!

I don't remember her name, but the lady that helped me up front was wonderful. She made sure I didnt feel pressured or pushed to buy things I didnt need, gave suggestions, and helped me get 2 new tires and an oil change for my car quickly.

I had a tough morning with my car breaking down and the people at Firestone are always so great, friendly and flexible. Diana and Edgar are both amazing and prioritize customer service. My car was fixed the very same day and they do a wonderful job breaking down exactly what is going on with the car. Very grateful for the whole team!

Recently, about 3 week ago I went to this location which I've been going to for the past 20 years to get an oil change and tires rotated,.They said alright and it's going to be 3 hours. So I left and about an hour later they called me. "The two front tires are not the same. You should get new ones." I told them I just replaced them 7 months ago, what could be the problem? I told them to please not do that. Shortly after that, they called me that the car is ready. So when I got there I asked to see what the problem was with the tires. They said the DOT number is different. One tire was made in 2014 and the other was made in 2016, but both were perfectly OK. That was done, so I paid and we left. About 2 blocks down, the engine was smoking. I opened the hood and I see the firewall insulation (that's right in front of the cabin and behind the engine), was basically all ripped off and hanging down which was also falling on to the manifold which caused the smoke. I went to back and I spoke to the service manager, Melisa, and she said that this is the way I brought the car here. She called the mechanic to show him what happened. He barely spoke English and he just laughed and walked away from the car. I told them I need to call the police to make a police report. He turned back and said, "call whoever you want." and walked away. The service manager kept saying there is nothing they can do about this. Funny enough, she said that the cover holding the insulation was falling down, SO he took it off and that it's "all back their in our parking lot.". Not sure if she realized what she said. After all this, she walked back to her office and never saw her again. I called the company about this case. I could only reach customer service in which they told me that the region manager would contact me within 72 hours and the claims department would contact me within 3-5 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). However, I never received a call back from either one of them. One more thing, when, I looked at the mechanic shirt, it doesn't have the certified mechanic patch on the shirt. So they really aren't even mechanics. That's why they do such a barbaric job. The person who didn't even speak English very well, messed up my car. Just a fair warning, please watch out for this place and who you're giving your car to. PLEASE.

Bought a gold battery (2 year warranty) less than a year ago and today my car didn’t start, tried to jump it with another car and even after 30 mins the car didn’t start. I took the battery out and brought it over to advance to charger and they tested it and said battery was bad. So brought it over to my nearest fire stone on Hollywood blvd. Manager refused to honor warranty without car being there, even thought I couldn’t bring the car because of the battery… Manager was very condescending, even told me I was jumping the car wrong and to just pay for a tow truck. He also refused to give me customer service number. I went over to another Firestone and they honored the warranty and exchanged it for me. Not sure if the first manager was racist because I’m Hispanic or what his problem was. Not a great look for the company.

On Sunday, I got a flat tire on I-95 and looked for the nearest Firestone. As I approached the Hollywood location, I realized the store was closing in 10 minutes. I tried anyways and the store team, William, Ryan and Sunny treated me very well; in less than 15 minutes I was driving out with a new tire; professionally done. Thank you for taking care of me; even if it was 10 minutes to closing time!

Okay, so I’ve just spent a little shy of 2 grand here to get my Mustang’s shocks replaced after 120k miles— which were doing alright, but it was time to maintain safety on the road. After a couple of days, I noticed a sound coming from the rear right, and called Firestone to drop it again so they can check. But I can see the installation or the build quality is not up par to my old Ford shocks. Something was clanking when I hop over a speed bump— didn’t even feel safe to drive. Now waiting on a call to see what went wrong, and will update the review with results. Shawn is away for vacation so DJ Mike is helping out.

One again a customer gets blown off. Countless calls and emails and nothing. Started this in April still I got no compensation for their neglect to do the work and being charged. Used my old parts. I only knew bc I took my jeep to another mechanic who knew my jeep. They asked me how they could make it right and I heard nothing. 6 months is plenty of time to resolve an issue. I asked for the refunding 100% if the job I took it in for , twice and still wasn’t fixed. And the re tal car I had to rent bc I have children and needed a car over Easter weekend. Sad this big company doesn’t care about the working person.

Shawn and Diana have been amazing! They were honest and straightforward the entire time. I went to a different Firestone before, and they straight-up lied to my face but Diana kept it real and honest. I truly appreciate that!

I've been taking my car to do oil changes at a non-branch garage around the corner. Because it was Sunday and I needed it now, I went to Firestone. Not connected to the oil change, I've been having this oil pressure light coming on and off for a long time. I have my own scanner, and determined that it wasn't necessarily an engine issue, and my engine was running smoothly and I wouldn't have any reason to think that there was an issue, other than the light being frequently intermittent, which could have been a sensor malfunction. I've been checking my oil levels, and every time I checked I never had an oil level problem, but the sensor persisted. I went to do this oil change at Firestone, and now I'm not receiving the sensor alert anymore, and they didn't even address the problem of the sensor because it was Sunday and the tech wasn't there. But I'm trying to get at is, this place is professional, and obviously cares for your vehicle unlike a non-chain private garage. For a little bit more money (not a lot) You're receiving professional work, I'm more than fine with that.

Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous service. I came to this Firestone location in April 2025 for a tire rotation. They told me all four tires were at 5/32” tread, so I continued my normal commute — over 2 hours daily on highways. Weeks later, during unrelated service at a Tesla dealership, I was told my tires were in dangerous condition, including one with a visible split. I went back to Firestone, and after an inspection, they told me 3 out of 4 tires were actually at 3/32” or lower — and all needed replacing. I asked how this happened, and the assistant manager (Diane) admitted that their technicians never actually checked my tires during the original visit — they just wrote “5s” on the report because “it’s easier.” That is falsifying a safety report and could’ve easily led to a serious accident. When I confronted her about this, she tried blaming me for not getting alignments in the past — as if that somehow justified lying on a service record. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about customer safety. To make it worse, two Enterprise employees waiting behind me in the store jumped into the conversation, told me to stop asking questions, and refused to give me their names when I asked to report them for unprofessional conduct — while wearing Enterprise uniforms on the job. I will never return to this location and I strongly urge others to avoid it as well. Falsifying service reports isn’t just lazy — it’s dangerous and unethical. Firestone Corporate needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run before someone gets hurt.

Came here yesterday with flat tire and broken stud to hold tire on. Initially was good experience. Ended up spending 685 bucks to repair stud issue and bought two new tires for front. Got up this am and low.tire air pressure light was on. Brand new tire on passenger side not holding air. Here now after work to tell them my new tire leaks. Guy acting like it's a prob fir me to be here with complaint. . Said it would be more than an hr before they can new even ck it. Bad bad business response to a job they did that now has a customer complaint. In my opinion as the paid in full customer, they should pull a guy off a non waiting repair job and pull my tire x off & correct whatever wmis the issue.

As a first time customer at this branch & new to the Miami area. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I came in (no appt) with the need for a battery replacement. I was on a tight time constraint.. Jacob (front desk), empathized with my situation & got my car in & out speedily by the time I needed to leave. All front desk staff were very patient & courteous with me. Hence why I rated this branch all 5 stars. I’d utilize them again in the future for oil changes etc..

Last week I gave them my car to have the tires replaced on both rear wheels. I had purchased the tires in advance. They needed to replace them and balance the wheels. An hour later they called me and offered to replace all the brake discs and brake pads, as they were very worn and I couldn't drive the car unless I replaced them. I always repair my brakes myself and the last time I changed the brake pads was about two months ago. But I bought the brake pads and decided to see for myself - brakes are very dangerous. When I started to unscrew the wheel, I saw that all the lug nuts were stripped and damaged! I spent 4 hours unscrewing these damaged lug nuts! But the brakes turned out to be worn no more than 25%. FireStone offered to replace my excellent brakes with new ones for over $1000!!! This is a scam! Don't deal with them!
