It is not a good place to go as a new customer if you are going to ask any questions or see that they can help "of course not for free" and they give bad treatment and ignore you, they can't give any answers

This place used to be an honest operation and affordable for used tires with decent tread for $50 each installed .. that was when the girl was there .. a month ago I got 1 tire replaced and was happy seeing alot of tread and a Michelin tire for $50 .. soon after that tire keeps losing air .. I find the leak and its leaking from a previous repair rope plug in the inner sidewall of the tire ... anyone that knows tire repairs know to never patch or plug the sidewall of a tire but they put that dangerous tire on my car only caring about money and screw my safety.. Prior to me finding out where the tire was leaking at , I return to replace the opposite rear tire that is bald and they call me over and show me the valve stem/tpms sensor is leaking air bubbling severely after they had mounted the new tire .. never had any tire pressure issues with that tire before and definitely not a severe leak. They tell me I can either replace the tpms sensor for an additional $70 or put a rubber valve stem ($2 retail) in and always have the light on the dash for an additional $20 ... I managed a auto garage for over 7 years and seen so many tpms sensors stems get damaged while mounting tires .. usually by lower skilled mechanics.. but it really irritated me to see them try to rip me off rather then taking care of their screw up .. I'd avoid this place .. you can get the same priced tires on Cameron Street with mechanics in uniforms

Life savers! We got a nasty metal hook lodged into our tire on our long road trip and managed to hobble our way to their garage. They patched it in under 15min for $20 to keep us chugging. We're so lucky we found them.

Toke the rim and put tire on it with out asking me if I’m okay with the price or the tire they gave me. Also the tire is in bad shape they give it a wet bath so it looks good, bad customer service and the boss i shady fo sure! Asked them if it was all season tire and he said yes and they end up being mod and snow tires, by law we have to take winter tires off on the beginning of summer. My family would not give them are business agin fo sure Update! Just found out they never balanced my wheel

Had three experiences with them and only have positive things to say. They replace the tire but not the rim which is very helpful in a bind. They're quick, they're friendly. It's a nice little place

Unfortunately the guys that took off my tires broke a stud and didn't even tell me... I was walking around my car and found the broken stud on my own... So I will never be going back to them.. costed me 254.89 for those tires and wouldn't even give me a discount because he broke the bloody thing .... So no I will never ever recommend them to anyone ever again.... Went back a second time this time they said oh we will charge 48 dollars ... After they got the tires off the car the price changed to it too 68 dollars ... On top of that they broke the tire pressure sensor they chewed it up when they took the tire off of the rim they knew they broke it because it came off the rim pissed me the hell off I do not recommend them unless you are desperate to get your tires done the same day ... They love to rip you off though.....

If you’re looking for a used tire/new tires for your car, I dont recommend going to this one because they give you new tires and month later your tires run out of air. They also offer you broken used tires and you dont want that. They’re very unprofessional and they aren’t even trained!! I recommend going to a professional mechanic in Harrisburg.

They need better technicians that actually know how to change a tire, and do it the proper way, they need better communication skills while working on vehicle, don't just do extra stuff without the customers consent and then try and charge them for it, prices for tires are decent but the work could improve, communication is key........
