★☆☆☆☆ If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Faulkner’s service center is so neglectful they are dangerous. I bought my car from them 3 yrs ago and my car has spent more time in their shop than it has been on the road. Over the last 8 months, my car has been in 3 times for a vibration when on the highway. I am a travel nurse with 2 kids and 1 on the way. It wasn’t until the third time and now passed my warranty, that they some how miraculously now figured out what was causing the vibration and ruined my tires. I had it in 3 months prior and nothing was said about needing new tires. They let me drive on the highway with my kids in the car, with the inside of my tires showing cords. After taking it to another mechanic, he stated that it would have been showing signs of wear back when I took it to them 3 months earlier. My tires could have blown with my kids in the car! On top of all that, my regular maintenance that should have been done to upkeep on my car was not done and included in the list of items that needed done on the car now that my warranty is over.

★☆☆☆☆ Second time taking my car for an oil change. They are supposed to clean and vacuuming the car, they didn't. The temperature outside was 41°( wasn't cold). They always have an excuse for their laziness. Just do the right job if you want to keep your customers. Jiffy lube does a better job!
