Thomas and Carlos are amazing. They worked on my car and if they seen something else wrong with it. They would contact me and let me know what was wrong and the price. I was able to get my car in for a (nearly) dead battery the very next day even when I called close to closing. Even better, I was able to drop off my car that evening and leave my key in their box, which I personally wish more repair shops offered. The next day, Carlos explained everything well over the phone and gave a variety of options for parts based on my needs and budget. I chose this shop from a friend’s recommendation, and I’m glad I did!

I went to On the Go Services to have them check out my AC after it stopped working. They quickly diagnosed that the repair would cost an absurd $5,200—a price that’s clearly more than the car’s worth. Conveniently, Carlos suggested a “great deal” on a 2013 Ford Escape he just happened to be selling for $5,000. According to him, the car had been running smoothly, had no issues, and had been driven around for a month without any problems. With the company’s motto emphasizing “helping people,” and having had a decent relationship with Carlos, I naively trusted him and made the purchase. Within days of buying the car, it started leaking antifreeze, which I had to pay to fix. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, it completely shut off at a red light, forcing me to restart the engine. When I took it back to the shop, they shrugged and said they had no idea why it happened. No issues, according to their brilliant diagnostic tools. Fast forward three weeks, and the car breaks down on the highway—with my two children in the back, no less. The engine starts rattling, and the car is dead in the water. I had it towed back to On the Go Services, where their mechanics again had no clue what was wrong, only to eventually tell me the engine had a hole in the number one cylinder. After several back-and-forth messages, they refused to give me my money back but graciously offered to replace the engine at no cost. When I picked it up, they assured me there were “no issues, no leaks,” and everything was running perfectly. Except, of course, it wasn’t. On the drive home, the car was rattling and shaking. When I told them, they brushed it off with the baffling explanation, “The engine is direct injected. It’s perfectly normal.” Really? Because last I checked, that’s not how cars are supposed to behave. And to top it all off, after parking the car, I found a massive oil stain underneath. A different mechanic later confirmed what On the Go Services couldn’t—or more likely, wouldn’t—see: there’s an oil leak coming from the back of the motor. The vehicle they sold me was a complete lemon from the start, and how two “mechanics” failed to see any issues is beyond comprehension. My experience with On the Go Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. It’s been a waste of time, a waste of money, and a colossal mistake trusting them. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a reputable mechanic or dealership—don’t make the same mistake I did.

If I could give them more stars than 5, I would. I wish I lived near Harrisburg, PA so that they could be my regular mechanic! Above and beyond--I was in the first 4th of a road trip from NH to FL, and my car engine started lurching at 9pm on a Sunday night. I called a couple of places near the hotel I found to stay at, but they all turned me down (it was Monday, and I was not local), until I called On The Go Services. From our first conversation, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. Once I got there and met Carlos and ToMas, I knew they were the right people to trust. What a God-send in the middle of a crazy transition for me. They diagnosed the problem, gave me transparent quotes and explanations as to what needed to be done, and made sure I was comfortable with it every step of the way. Along with being just fun folks to talk to, they fixed my vehicle within 2 hours, and I was back on the road for FAR less then another shop would have charged to a stranded traveler. 3 days and hundreds of miles later, my car is still doing great. Use these phenomenal professionals who really understand what Service is supposed to look like.

These guys are great. I had been to the dealer the month prior and the mechanic made it sound as if my brakes would fail at any moment. On The Go looked at them and said, yes they would need to be replaced but not for another 8,000 miles. They gave me options and price guides for each. I had them do the repairs and couldn't be happier with the results.

Carlos and Tomas happened to be at AutoZone while I was getting a code diagnostic. After describing to them what was going on with my Jeep they predicted what the code would be before the computer had even loaded it. Their shop is right around the corner and they were gracious enough to take a thorough and efficient look at the problem right away (for a very reasonable price, might I add). I am looking forward to working with On The Go in the future for my vehicle maintenance.

Carlos & Thomas are some of the BEST people I know and have had the pleasure of helping me. Very thorough service and explanation when it came to what my car needed done. They were very thoughtful, VERY generous, and went above and behind to get me right. When I had some problems occur, Carlos went out of his way to make sure my car was safe to drive. They make sure to look out for what’s best for their customers. I’ve had my fair share of unfortunate events with dealerships and mechanics, On the Go Services LLC is not one of them! I have an older motor vehicle which had been in storage for a few years. The boys came over and diagnosed what it would need to be revived. After the first round they determined that the problems were deeper. They took the vehicle and to their shop and completely rebuilt carburators as well as the entire fuel system. No other shop in the area would undertake the project. It came home yesterday and runs like it rolled off of the production line 22 years ago. There boys are good at what they do and good people. I recomend their service.

Absolutely great staff and excellent customer service. I've been with my previous mechanics for 15 years but for this work I knew I needed a new set of eyes. On The Go Services did an outstanding job and kept me informed every step of the way. They are not only great at minor issues like oil change and inspections but can also execute full engine replacement and body work on vehicles. I was hesitant to do a review because I have two vehicles that need a little work done and don't want new customers taking up my potential time slots. In all honesty they are excellent trust worthy guys with experience and competitive prices. 10/10 recommend.

I will not return here for any services. I went to get my car diagnosed and was charged for “their time” they said, but walked away with no answer to what was wrong with the car. I heard of car shops charging for diagnostic services, but not $100. I will stick with the well known car shops not the shade tree mechanics who have no idea what they are doing.

I definitely recommend On the Go Services. They treat their clients very well. I had to get a big repair job done and they gave me an estimate and stuck to it and actually tried to help me make decisions to help cut costs. We took my car to get an oil change at a dealership. The dealership said we needed to replace the boot on our axel. I called out to this shop to see if they could help me with a second opinion. Carlos looked over my car and explained that the problem wasn’t really a problem. He set up a reminder for me to come back in 3 months so he could check it out again just to see if anything progressed as a warning to him. I love how quick, thorough and how well he communicated with my husband and I. He quoted us a few prices to better prepare ourselves for the future!
