My car needed an inspection so I took it in. Here I thought I would have it back and inspected within a week. Instead, I got it back 2 months later and it still wasn’t inspected. They ripped me off of $1000 for work that didn’t cost that much because they barely did anything. To say I’m angry is an understatement.

I called on a Thursday and explained I needed an oil change as well as an inspection… but I had a problem with my online renewal with penndot … but the main purpose to have the appointment was a simple oil change. I was told to drop my car off Tuesday after 8am. I dropped my car off at 9am on Tuesday. I heard nothing from them and by 6:30pm I went to see if my car was ready. It was not… I told them to please just do the oil change…he asked what time I would like my car done… by noon was agreed upon. I went today at 12:15 and still no oil change. There was zero communication on their end. Very unprofessional and flippant behavior. I chose them because I had hoped to help out a local business. I would give them no stars.

I took my vehicle in for inspection and emissions. I was informed I had a fuel leak. I was quoted $80 repair. I approved the repair. Got the bill it was $742.00. I wouldn't use them again nor would I recommend anyone to them. When I asked how the bill got so high. It just kept leaking. And you didn't think to call for approval. His answer was no.
