The employees are always friendly. They do a great jib of pre-washing my Jeep Compass. They offer a variety of washes and waxes. I always get the "The full complete package. They offer monthly wash cards for $35.00. You can wash your vehicle everyday if you choose with the monthly card. Fast and efficient service. I Highly recommended them to all.

For a soft cloth car wash they’re pretty good. I pay the $35/mo for the unlimited car washes and really like that the vacuums are free with the wash. I do, however, wish they had a multi car or family plan because I’m not going to pay $70 for 2 cars and I’m certainly not going to pay $105 for 3, it’s validated by a sticker I’m your window so I don’t really see how a family plan could get abused. I do know that I’m not the only person who wishes for a family plan and the employees get asked about it all the time. Response to business: I think I would be willing to pay $60 for 2 and $80 for 3.

I've been on the monthly plan for a couple years, and I visit the 7th street location about once a week. It is by far the best carwash in Eugene or Springfield...but... the last 3 times I've been there, the crew are nowhere to be seen. Twice, one worker had to go into the office and tell the others to come out and go to work. The third time, there was no one. I waited 2 or 3 minutes, and then 3 workers came out of the office and did a fine job. Just a minor inconvenience. All in all, this is the best carwash in the Eugene/ Springfield area.

I typically don't post anything. However, unfortunately, I need to this time. 3 weeks ago I came in to have my car washed and the card reader they have outside, they said, didn't work when they ran my card. They took my card inside and ran it. So you can guess what happened. I was charged twice for 1 car wash in the same day. I showed them the posted amounts to my checking account the next day and they said the owner would get back to me to do a refund of one of those charges after taking my name and number. 3 weeks later, I still have been charged $36.00 for 1 car wash. Half the time, they are out of tire cleaner. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Carwash on Coburg Rd. Much better!

I have been a loyal customer for several years on the monthly plan! I was denied a car wash today because I always carry a ladder that is ratchet strapped down in the back of my truck! I have never had an issue with it. I come through about 2 to 3 times a week religiously! I canceled my account today and you have lost a loyal customer for good! I’ll go elsewhere!

In September 2024 I paid $37 for a month of their car wash membership, after that month I stopped going because my month membership had ended. I saw the charges on my card that they continued to charge me monthly without notice or my consent to do so for October and now November. I was not informed that I had to opt out of a reoccurring membership. I cancelled and asked for my money back for the last 2 months, considering I haven't used their services after September. Since this review, I have changed it from 1 star to 3 stars. They returned my money and apologized for the charges.

My car was DAMAGED in the car wash here. I got out to vacuum it and there were multiple dents and scratches. Another car that went in after also had new marks in the same places. When we informed them they did not stop cars going through and everyone just drove away without examining their cars. They had me fill out an incident report and then left me a message. I called back twice and they did not return my call.

I took my car here for a quick $10 clean. I have a nice WRX with aftermarket wheels and nice paint, nothing TOO crazy. I asked "Will this hurt my car or wheels?" They assured me it wouldn't. After I left and came home, I noticed my front lip was halfway ripped off on the left side, and 2 DEEP scratches on the right side! DO NOT COME HERE WITH A NICE CAR

Bummed, I paid for the $18 package and it didnt even get the bugs off the grill or clean much but the basic dust off. I am thankful that the vacuum is free to use. I appreciate the dash wipes

Was told vehicle was too dirty for the car wash, will never go back to hwy 99. The employee #170 was very rude and was told 4 times I wanted the platinum plus was and never got it right.

You've Gotta See This!!
Staff was nice, good car wash. AND they have free vacuums to clean your car out. They're always free too so even if you don't need to wash your car you can use the vacuum cleaners for free. Got my BMW X5 nice and clean.

I understand that its a service and some stuff is gonna get missed but this was ridiculous. I was hoping to at least have a clean windshield and they just sprayed it 🙄 no brush or nothing. I want a refund but we know that ain't happening. Never coming back
