Highly recommend this company. I asked for quotes from several companies, but Doug at Novus was the first to respond and the only one to follow up with a quote when he said he would. Besides being efficient and professional, Doug was very personable and reachable over the larger companies like Safelite. I had already made an appointment at Safelite, but i decided to go with Novus because of Doug's customer service and offer to assist with the insurance claim. Novus is also a national company and is able to guarantee our windshield in California.

Amazing work! Firstly on the phone they were super nice, they called me after I filed my insurance claim immediately upon opening and told me exactly how much it would be. Oh not to mention they also overnighted the glass for me so next day here I am. It was half the price that the insurance was going to make me pay. They also canceled my insurance claim for me so I didn’t have to do it myself. When I arrived the place is very clean, nicely decorated, they even had a coffee bar with a lot of options while you wait and the vending machines even had good prices on snacks!! They were done in an hour and the price was exactly as they said! They even removed the duct tape from my car and cleaned up most of the broken glass that I hadn’t yet. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!! Go here for any glass needs!!!! Their job is to just change the glass but they went above and beyond in every way possible , thank you NOVUS Glass!!!

I put off having my windshield replaced for far too long because I figured it’d be a process requiring too many steps but it really couldn’t have been easier. I went through my insurance provider and within 30 minutes of filing my claim NOVUS called me and we scheduled my appointment which was only 2 days after filing my claim. I'm a college student and I had my driver's side front window completely shattered. Since they are closed over the weekend, I left my name and number on the quote form on a Saturday. Stephanie called me as soon as they opened on Monday to set up an appointment the next day. She gave me the price it was going to cost and how long it was going to take. I had the windshield replaced on my '92 Accord at Novus a little over two months ago (I waited a while to make this review so that I could test for leaks). Since then the car has gone through several rainstorms (and several automatic car washes) and the seal has held tight. The first windshield they ordered actually arrived cracked (so the install date had to be bumped back a day), but once that was over the turnaround time was extremely quick (I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to be picked up a few hours later). The guy at the counter was very friendly both over the phone and in person, and while I didn't meet the installer he did an excellent job. I hope I don't have to replace any more windshields but if I do I will definitely come back.

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. I started this fall with two leaky cars—rain pouring in! They fixed the windshield of my Prius, which included repairing frame rust leftover from a previous owner’s shoddy repair job. My second car, a Subaru Outback, had a persistent sun roof leak for years. They found the most likely source of the problem (clogged drains) and cleared them—a job that was beyond my skill level, since it involved pulling the head-liner. When this turned out to be only one of two issues, and the leak was still persisting, I brought the car back, and they tracked down the second problem (which, again, involved the pulling of the head-liner) and fixed it without charging a second repair fee, even after I offered. We’re now in a week of torrential Oregon rain, and the cars are perfectly dry. Not only are they thorough and stand by their work, they’re also honest, document the work, and explain things well, helping manage reasonable expectations. Kind people too! Highly recommended. Look no further.

This follows having 3 different vehicles worked on with Novus over the last 6 mos! From a broken rear window in my old Ford Ranger to front window replacements on a BMW and Mini. They were friendly, fast and thorough to the point of bringing me process photos of the removal of my windshield, the shoddy work done by a previous installer and the steps taken to improve the condition of the vehicle to ensure a secure and dry fit of the replacement window. Because of the personable way they worked with me, I didn't hesitate having my wife go to their shop and have the window in her car replaced when it developed a leak. Pricing was also VERY competitive with other shops in the area. The glass always looks good, seal is solid and a great value and experience all around. I highly recommend Novus Glass to anyone needing window work done.
