Been using pat for last 4 years and about10 years ago before I lost contact. Many shops that were not able to diagnose my auto problems pat quickly figured it out. The few times he's ever made a mistake he's always owned up to it, which every body make mistakes but pat very rarely does. He's straight forward and fair priced as a professional mechanic. If I can't afford the service he has freely given proper way to do it. I've hired many mechanics and is one of the few I trust.

Pat has worked on my car twice now: thermostat and spark plug replacement and has been nothing short of spectacular. He is honest, fairly priced, and strait to the point (which I value greatly in a mechanic). I have never felt comfortable getting repairs on my cars because of past experiences but Pat will continue to be the one I call first.

AMAZING work, replaced my alternator in just a few hours. very patient. I have a master mechanic family member he was the only one I trusted but he is very far from here I just moved up here. A bunch of check engine lights came on in my wifes Toyota, so, I looked on the internet for mobile mechanics and I called on call, the owner, Pat came out, put his computer on the car to read the codes and said we need this part. He said to go to auto zone and get the part and he left. Oh, and he charged me $150.00. OK, I am extremely disappointed with his business as my car is still not fixed. I just called him back and he said he will come back out and fix it for another $150.00. I feel he has a pretty good scam thing goin on. I certainly would not call him, BEWARE.

My battery was basically completely dead and I couldn’t shut my car off without risking needing a jump to turn it back on. I called multiple places around town and no one was willing to replace the battery on my vehicle because it’s more difficult to get to the battery compartment than other vehicles (thanks Dodge). I found On Call Mobile Auto Repair and they were my saving grace. Set up an appointment with Pat on Saturday and they came out on Monday to do the swap. Total cost was $200 which is more than fair considering they drove out to my home to service my vehicle. I’ll be going back to On Call for all my other servicing needs and will recommend them to others in the community. Thanks Pat!

HIGHLY recommend!! On Call was a lifesaver when we had a massive coolant leak right in the middle of a road trip with a tight schedule. Pat was communicative and helped us on a Friday night when nobody else would. Before the tow truck even picked us up, Pat called and texted us to help diagnose the issue and was waiting for us when we arrived to the shop with the necessary part already acquired and ready to go. He began working as soon as we were dropped off and had us driving again ASAP…all at 7 pm on a Friday! Above and beyond!!

We took a weekend trip to Eugene, and ended up having our alternator go out. It was over 105 degrees on Fourth of July weekend. We had to get home to Medford for our kids, so it was beyond frustrating and time consuming. My boyfriend started calling shops and almost no one was available or open, but On Call Auto Repair made it happen. The mechanic came out, evaluated the vehicle, went to pick up the alternator and repaired it within a few hours. Not only did he go above and beyond, he was out there sweating in the heat in order to make sure we were back on the road and home to our kids. I highly recommend this mobile mechanic and we are so grateful for the quality of service.

So thankful for the help!! Our RV wasn't allowing us to get out of park from the shifter. Patrick worked hard to trouble shoot until he found the issue. He was quick and very straight forward. Cost-wise, we saved money because his fee was cheaper than it would have cost us to tow our home and have it sit in the shop. Patrick is extremely skilled, he has integrity and compassion. Our hybrid car issue stumped other mechanics, and the used car lot told us we screwed ourselves by buying it from them. Patrick studied our specific model, solved our difficult, multi-system issue, and saved us from buying a new electric battery. The car now runs perfectly. He charged us an affordable amount, it was obviously far less than the time he put into it. He even washed the car! I recommend without reservation.

Pat is a great mechanic! He's worked on both of my vehicles and makes sure the job is done right for a more than reasonable price. I don't take my car to anyone else. I moved 3 hours away and still bring my vehicles to him! He once fixed my car and when it started having problems a few hours later he saved me off the side and worked on my car in my driveway in the rain for 4 more hours and Didn't charge me a dime! These guys are great. Les Schwab didn't put the castle nut on my upper control arm, and the control arm slipped out of the knuckle while I was driving. Pat and his brother-in-law showed up, got a new control arm, and replaced it on a Sunday when almost everything was closed. These guys really came through for me. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I lived in this area and needed a mobile auto repair team, I would not hesitate to call up Pat.
