Last year I bought a reconstructed 2007 Prius for my daughter to get around. The car can't take much of a hit in front with her behind the wheel. No collision coverage. Other auto body shops wouldn't touch it. Rick wasn't excited to deal with a Prius with a few electrical issues (dealt with by Shelby (headlight) and Marco (leaking hose under inverter) further out west 11th), but ultimately had an open mind to my notion of making the car roadworthy, with a new hood, fender, headlight, bumper cover, and a few odds and ends. Rick even allowed me to get parts and paint them. Rick was always friendly, patient, communicative, and extremely helpful in realizing my objective of making the car roadworthy at a reasonable price. I was quite pleased with his work. The car has been back on the road a few weeks now and is holding up well, instead of languishing in a junkyard. Without hesitation, I'd urge anyone with an autobody issue to run it by Rick.

About to hit the road on a long road trip and we got into a little fender bender. The hood wouldn't open and was hitting the wipers! They were able to get the hood fixed for us very quickly so we could get on the road. Very helpful and they even buffed our headlights for us.Thanks so much!

I have used RC Auto Body twice so far. First time was about 6 years ago when my sedan was rear ended and I'm now using them again after someone hit my truck in a parking lot both times Rick and Carl have been very kind and did a great job with the repairs. Will always recommend them to anyone who needs body work done this is the only shop I trust to touch my f350 when it comes to body work.

Outstanding auto body repair service. I pulled into RC Auto Body on West 11th and asked for help when the door of my old Ford Explorer would no longer stay latched. The door had just swung open as I made a right hand turn through an intersection and I was a little flustered. Rick responded with kindness... looked at the door, immediately explained the problem, then fixed it for a very fair price.

I would highly recommend RC Auto Body to anyone who needs body work on any type of vehicle. I took my 92 Chevrolet pick up that had peeling paint, rust on the cab roof and a number of dents. They basically disassembled my truck, kept me informed of the progress and allowed me to take pictures and clean exposed frame work, tires etc.. throughout the process. Rick & Carl were great guys to deal with & made me feel like family. They were honest, dependable, reliable, straight up kind of guys who take pride in their work. The guys at RC Auto Body did a wonderful job of repairing my truck after some1 hit me. They were very knowledgeable & efficient & friendly in doing the repairs. They have that "customer is king" mentality, which you do not find much any more. They worked with the insurance co. to get what I needed done not what the insurance co. said. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Rick and R C Auto Body. I had someone break into my van and destroy the key lock. I purchased a new OEM one from the dealership and contacted Rick about installing it for me. He was willing to fit me in the following morning, which ironically was too soon for me. Scheduled a time, dropped it off, and waited while he took care of it right away. Super reasonable price. I am definitely going to return for any future issues with my vehicle. It's a small shop (which I prefer) and they do great work. Honestly, zero complaints and I was impressed enough to write this review. And for a guy with no time because I have two kids under the age of two, that's saying a lot.
