★★★★★ I was hesitant to go there because of location but went to see if they could help me where Firestone Tire Center would not help me. Eugene Tire Center welcomed me at the front door, listened to my request, assured me they could help me. They rotated different wheels on to my SUV (Firestone would not). They checked very carefully to ensure there were no problems. I only had Toyota stock lugs and I was putting on after market wheels; I needed after market lug nuts for the mount; they advised me and provided the after market lug nuts on my approval. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. They did all the work I wanted done at Firestone for $10 less... at Firestone they checked my SUV on a Saturday and told me I needed an appointment. Earliest was Tuesday. On Tuesday, they told me they could do the work based on Company policy... On that Tuesday, Eugene Tire Center did the work after reviewing the request. On that morning, Eugene Tire Center completed my request in less than 30 minutes. During that 30 minutes, Eugene Tire Center kept me informed and offered immediate resolution to problems (the aftermarket lug nuts). They were always fast, courteous, and professional. They wanted to satisfy a customer (me) not company policy (Firestone). I was so impressed with their willingness to do work on my Sienna, I went home and got my Solara and a set of wheels I wanted them to mount. I came back to start a similar process. This time, however, they could not mount the tires. Well, they could have, but would have been safety concerns. They took me to the car and explained why they recommended I not do it. I was so impressed with the honest professional service. I asked if they had tires for my Solara (which has very tight wheel, tire requirements). They had perfect tires to meet Toyota specifications. The price was better than competitive. I bought them. They were mounted in less than 30 minutes. So, Eugene Tire Center took care of two vehicles for me to my request and offered professional service for less money. They did all this in less than an hour. The irony here is, I made two trips to Firestone, spent about the same amount of time. The time at Firestone was a waste for me to learn about "Company policy". I would not only recommend Eugene Tire Center to you, I would make the recommendation that you start there. I had two great experiences at Eugene Tire Center on Tuesday, 9 February.
