Hands down the best place to come if you need your windshield repaired! The time between noticing the crack and driving away with it completely fixed was less than two hours! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, informative, and not at all pushy. Dewey, who is absolutely amazing, came out to take a look at the crack and explained the process and let me know there was about a 50/50 chance they would be able to fix the crack, since it was a bit bigger than what they usually deal with. I was given a card to a shop that would do a complete replacement, and they let me decide what I wanted to do. I'm so glad I decided to stay there because not only were they able to fix the crack but it looks amazing. I can hardly even see it. It's been over a week now, and there has been no movement at all. I will definitely go back if I ever have any other problems! Fantastic service and excellent results. Thank you!

What an awesome experience. Not getting a rock chip in my windshield, but the repair part. Michelle, Dewey, and John were awesome, very professional, and took the time to fully explain how they were going to fix my windshield. I was honestly blown away by how fast and painless the process was, and the results are fantastic. I hope I never NEED to see them again, haha, but if I do, I know I’m in good hands. These guys are true pros.

I got a huge chip in my windshield the day before leaving for a long out of state road trip. I called one shop and was told they couldn't fit me in for a quick repair for at least four more days. I called Eugene Windshield Repair and they made an appointment for me the following day, first thing in the morning. Not only did they repair my windshield quickly and expertly, they vacuumed the interior of my car! And, they give me a gift card for Dutch Bros.! The staff was friendly, personable and professional. Amazing customer service from this shop. I've already recommended them to my friends.

I stopped in on the spur of the moment when I saw their sign. I wanted to get a chip repair before it turned worse. They took it right then and had it done in less than an hour. Really fast and courteous service. Highly recommend! August 2021 Got another hit on the windshield and I knew it was a bad one. Absolute Wonderful service and couldn’t be happier. Fixing a rock chip is already a frustrating task to do but they made the whole process painless & easy! Walked in without an appointment. Even with one person ahead of me and they still got it done in under an hour. They even gave me a complimentary drink card to HumanBean while I waited. Once ready, they identified another chip that I had missed and fixed it free of charge! My windshield looks as new & the cracks were filled smoothly without any further damage. I have gotten my windshield repaired two times from here. Both separate incidents that chipped my windshield. I called them and asked a few questions, and the receptionist was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I made a same day appointment, and when I arrived at their location, they promptly tended to my concerns. Straight forward and honest about what it would take to fix my windshield. Both times I went there, they had my window fixed flawlessly within 30 minutes. The receptionist and the technician were very friendly and informative. The waiting room is comfortable, clean and welcoming. This is my place to go for windshield repair. The cost was very reasonable, and they had me in and out of the building in under an hour. If you have a chipped windshield, look no further, this is the spot!

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing shop! I had gone to 2 other places looking to get a complex chip repaired before I finally found Eugene Windshield Repair. The other places were rude and seemed bothered that I was asking questions. They just wanted to replace the whole thing so they could bill the insurance even more! The moment I called, this place was different. Amanda, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. When I arrived, Dewey was the pro that helped me. He answered every single question I had, took time to explain his work, asked another colleague for his input and really heard me out. He took extra time out of his day to work some magic (he did so much more work than was required) to repair that complex chip so incredibly well, I was blown away! My car is essentially my work office and Dewey and the rest of the team treated me with respect, kindness and some of the very best customer service I have ever had. I left repaired and relieved! I had a neat surprise waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment! The windshield repair was very fast, no more than 45 mins for two spots. Paperwork was minimal, but I spent a good amount of time with the receptionist because they helped me with good advice and references for other businesses. The repairman was a good person as well. Highly recommend their services for anybody in the Eugene area.

This is the place to go. Fast, friendly. I went in with a very small scratch in my windshield. They inspected the damage and determined that it was cosmetic and not functional. They then offered to fill the scratch in for free which they did right there on the spot. I was there for maybe 20 minutes. Incredibly good customer service and just a good experience with good people. They've earned a customer for life.

It's always refreshing when you encounter a business who knows what they are doing, and has a genuine concern for the customer's experience. Eugene Windshield Repair was able to sort out a rock chip on my windscreen in no time at all. The thing I was most impressed with was that they did not over-promise and under-deliver... instead they set my expectations up-front! They had a demo piece of glass showing the different damage types and the corresponding repair: "Here's what a repair like your's will look like. As you can see, it's not perfect, but if you're not looking for it, you won't see it." That reassurance and expectation-setting was precisely what I needed. I am so happy with the results, and the overall experience. If you've got a rock chip or crack, don't let it sit and wait. I noticed a man repairing a windshield on a very large motorhome and stopped and asked if and when he might have time to repair a rock chip on my windshield. “Dewey” made time right then and there to explain the process and price, and even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, he fixed my windshield right after he was done with the MotorHome.
