My car was clearly at its end but I was not ready give it up for sentimental reasons. Others said it was totaled (engine). Perhaps it was the shaking of the whole car, smoke, inability to gain speed and very loud noises. But Bruce said let me take a look and fixed it. Two years later! I'm still driving! It's never stranded me. Although now hope to buy a different car. I will pass this running car onto somebody who needs it more.

This place is great!! I live in Drain and my regular mechanic is in Yoncalla. I drive to Eugene every day for work. I had car troubles and had to have my car towed. It turns out it was the alternator. I had it towed to a different place other than Car Help. I was quoted an outrageous price to have my alternator replaced. And was also told I needed several other things done to my car as well. Jeff at Car Help went to the other auto shop and picked my car up for me. He had the alternator replaced in a matter of 2 hours and the price was less than half of what the other guys wanted to charge me!! He also checked out the vehicle and no other repairs needed. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

These guys are great! I Couldn't get my van to start, I also noticed that my oil was empty so I assumed that I had a siezed up motor. I got it towed to their shop, the mechanic inspected it for a few minutes, he ended up getting it started by pulling on the ignition cable, fired right up. He was very communicative, I had some other minor issues and questions and he was able to give me a lot of good information. In the end, they didn't even charge me since it was a quick and easy job. I highly recommend car help.

My engine light kept coming on. I had brought my car to another Repair shop and they charged me over a hundred dollars to not fix the issue. George to a look and noticed my ground on my battery was a little loose. Charged me $25.00 to replace the cable clamp and all was good after that. I love a person with common sense to get it right. And they are open on Saturdays. This place rocks!

Amazing people. Subaru car care shop wanted over $500 for parts and repair to something they incorrectly diagnosed after I told them it wasn't the issue. One call and swing thru CAR HELP they had a reasonably priced switch on the way didn't charge me to find correct issue and all in all end of day parts as well was $100. From Canada and experienced car trouble here in Eugene. Dinging bells and "Engine off now!!" warnings. Open Saturdays by appointment only yet I was brought in immediately! Upon arrival, Bruce had already ordered the part that was needed. He checked the car and confirmed his diagnosis. I'm not knowledgeable and could have easily been taken advantage of, especially considering I needed to head back to Canada Monday morning. Bruce was respectful, took the time to explain what was going on,and competitively priced. Total cost of parts and labor: $58.00. I feel safe and have peace of mind. Thank you!!!
