Owner complained to a fellow friend about me asking a few questions regarding the piece of glass that I bought over the phone from B&R Auto. Car had been broken into the day before and my passenger window was shattered. Then didn't vacuum up the glass inside my door panel like he said he would, so my door still rattles. Not very professional.

Honest guy. Jose correctly diagnosed a starter problem with my 2005 Tundra that was ticking with the engine running. Just listening to it, took him all but a few seconds to identify the problem. Other places said it was valve taps and would a lot of $$ to fix. Jose got the real problem fixed for a reasonable price. If you're looking for an honest shop, this is the place.

Pacific cars and trucks had my truck taken to this mechanic to have him check out the transmission on 9/3. They took my transmission out of my vehicle and sent it to a different mechanic shop to have them fix it. The other shop waited for over 2 weeks for Mona to either bring them the truck or pick up the transmission and install in and bring them back the truck so they could do further testing on it. Mona said it would be until middle of October before they would be done with our vehicle. We were able to find a different mechanic shop that said that they would rush our vehicle and got our truck transferred there within 24 hours. Will not ever do business with this shop again. And definitely won’t recommend them to anyone

I took my car there and asked them to check the fuel pump because the car didn't start and ending by asking me to replace the engine according to the manager/owner. I didn't believe what he said and asked him to put everything they opened back and he told me they did and when I towed the car to my house I was surprised they didn't put anything back!! Everything left opened!!! I replaced the fuel pump for $399 and the car runs again. If I did replace the engine like what the manager/owner told me, I will pay at least $3000 for an engine + labor. Don't waste your time and money!

This is my kind of place. I run a business where we have fleet vehicles constantly being used often 7 days a week. I had the correct part, and was quoted on the labor to put it in and throw old core in box. I dropped it off and next day it was ready. The guys at mora auto won my business. There's things I don't have the lift to do, or the time to do it and I was almost going to do it myself. They saved me so much time and headache. I'll be taking all of my 4 fleet vehicles there for service. I can't thank you guys enough for your forthright service!
