Mainly came here for “the works” oil/filter change and the rest because I have Ford points. Haven’t had any problems good service although October 2022 it took an hour and one half to get the job done. I was told this but was still surprised when it happened because in the past it hasn’t taken this long. Still, I will come back as long as I have Ford points.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve experienced in the service center. We had them replacing a water pump that was under warranty and didn’t have it back for a month. Todd the service manager is very hard to get ahold of and is unprofessional when you finally get ahold of him. We had our car back 2 days and it started pouring white smoke, took forever to get a call back and now it’s been back down at the service center for 3 days without a word about what’s going on even after leaving messages. Please hire better employees

Working with Kendall Ford Service, has been the worst experience ever. My first appointment fell through the cracks and never happened. A month later I had my 2nd appointment, they gave me a rental car and my car went to the body shop to be painted. A week later I'm told they ordered the wrong part. 3rd appt they installed the correct roof rack rail and rear wiper. 4th appt they fixed the wiper that didn't make contact with the window. The whole ordeal took 4 months to complete. I wasted so much time and was totally stressed out the entire time. They were very apologetic and made things right in the end, however it never should have happened.

Made an appointment to get my sunroof fixed and when I showed up at 7:15am, both the service writer and the manager incorrectly insisted that I had been called to inform me that they couldn’t fix the sunroof today which was the whole point of the appointment. Turns out they don’t have enough staffing to get it done. The “sunroof guy” just had a baby and according to the service writer, it’s currently a “shit show.” I appreciate the honesty, I’ll be taking my truck elsewhere. RESPONSE: No thanks. Kevin and Trevor were the two I was referring to. Had they apologized and accepted responsibility I wouldn’t have had a problem. But they tried to shift blame on me, on the guy who had a baby, on staffing. I don’t need to call you back. You already dropped the ball twice. I’ve already established a relationship with Roberson. Had an appointment for 0830 on 05/09, dropped truck off the evening before and checked in with a Service person. was told they would contact us the next day hadn't heard anything by 5 PM so i called them and was on hold for over 15 minutes to be told they werent sure what was done and they would call me back. they of course did not call me back, then i received and email at 6:05 PM stating that i missed my scheduled appointment!!!!!! They basically didnt do the diagnosis on the scheduled date because someone failed to do whatever on their end

Terrible, awful. Had a brand new clutch put into our Ford Ranger about a year ago by them. Every few months the pedal goes out and we have to take it in. First its one thing then its another then they don't know what is wrong with it. This last visit, they have had our truck for a MONTH. We were finally told they figured out it needed the clutch pedal assembly. Parts were ordered last week and we were to get our truck back on Friday. Well......now not all of the parts came in and they say another week. I'm not a mechanic but it seems a clutch wouldn't be super complicated to figure out and fix. Getting ahold of our service advisor is impossible. He is always working 'away from his desk'. Once we get our truck back we will NEVER EVER use Kendall Ford again.

We dropped our vehicle off 6 weeks ago and it still has not been repaired. We have been passed to 3 different techs with little to no communication. The service manager promised to call with an update and did not. We have gone in and left messages with no follow up. After speaking to an employee in the shop, we learned that the original diagnosis was likely incorrect and we did not need the expensive repair they recommended. I have filed a complaint with CUDL and would not recommend this company to anyone. Update: 3 weeks and I have still heard nothing from the Customer Relations Manager as stated in Kendall’s reply. At this point, the lack of communication and follow through is no surprise.

when some one has to wait a week and a half to get an oil change. that does not work to well. So I went some other place that could get it done in a reasonable time frame. NOTE--this issue has been handled by the dealership!! We wrote the review above after being told that Kendall Ford could not do a timely oil change. BUT--a couple days ago, we received a call from a service manager, who has made everything right. He offered a free oil change, and he quickly got us in for another issue we were having with the same car. That issue was resolved promptly. We are very happy with the way Kendall Ford recovered from our original concerns.

Kendall Ford of Eugene has been less-than-stellar for my 70-year-old mother. She was having some issues with her electric Ford Focus battery, which was still under warranty. She made an appointment with Kendall and dropped her car off for a battery replacement. A week later, she called for an update and was told that they hadn't had time to look at it. So, she made another appointment. Another week after her 2nd appointment, with no update, she called and was told that the car just had some code errors that they fixed and it's ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, the car still isn't fixed and it's been difficult for my mother who lives by herself and only has her 1 car. In trying to contact my mother's Service Advisor, I was told he wasn't available. So I asked to speak with the Service Director, Wayne Carpenter, and he wasn't available. Finally I asked to speak with the General Manager, Trevor Foster, and he wasn't available either. Kendall, you might not want to fix my mother's battery issue because it's covered under the vehicle warranty, I understand that. But it's poor form. I want to meet the people who said "Our mission at Kendall Ford is simple: To deliver an unrivaled customer experience."

Well I went here not knowing what to expect and having pretty bad experiences in the past with car dealerships. With that being said I went in to Kendall expecting to have another bad experience. But I was very wrong we ran into Abraham (Abe ) in the parking lot and he immediately came to our assistance! And from that point all the way to signing the final papers he was helpful and most importantly GENUINE! Would definitely recommend Abraham if you come to this lot!

I recently took my Ford Edge into the service center due to a change in engine noise. Not being much of a mechanic myself, I wanted a professional to verify that there was nothing wrong, or if there was, to fix it. My service advisor, Merit, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was seen quickly, thoroughly inspected and returned the same day with a full inspection report. I will be requesting him as my advisor in the future, should any additional work be needed and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Drove 1 1/2 hours for oil change appointment at 9:45. Finally took truck in at 11. Advisor came over with some lame excuse about technicians from warranty side taking space. Said truck should be ready by noon! She did offer me two free drive-through car washes! I could have washed it myself while I sat here waiting! I wonder how it would have been if I showed up an hour late!?

Car was in service for 1 week, took 3 days for the first cotact, via text. I responded, expecting immediate work, then was called 24 hours later to AGAIN confirm the work I wanted done, only to find out they still hadn't started anything. It took me calling 2 days later to suddenly find that more work needed done. When on the first day, they told me they could get it done that afternoon. No communication without having to pull teeth is not a place I want to ever go again

Got my truck serviced and fuel filters changed. The service tech managed to get diesel fuel all over the side of my engine and left a screwdriver in the engine bay. Update: Kandall Ford reached out to me to apologize for the issues and worked to remedy the situation. I've adjusted my rating to 5 stars for the help received from Kevin Hyde and I would go back in the future if I'm ever back in the area. PS. They let me keep the screwdriver.

The service at Kendall Ford's Service and Parts Department is OUTSTANDING. My 2021 Ford Escape recently needed a repair covered under warranty. Jordan Weber was my contact, and I couldn't have been happier with his incredible care for me and my car. He kept me informed every step of the way, he was always responsive to questions, and he is unfailingly professional, kind, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. He never makes me feel as though I'm an interruption in his day. He treats me as if I were Ford's most important customer. How does that not set a person at ease when car issues arise? I'm so grateful every time for his assistance with my vehicle...whatever that is a simple oil change or need for a road test or complicated repair. All the people I have encountered at Kendall Ford for service are lovely. What an amazing team! They must have incredible management. I highly recommend them.
