Horrible customer service. Came in for an oil change at 7:15 in the morning. Told it would not be serviced until 8:30. At 10:15 they told me it would still be another hour. Out of frustration I left. Slowest technicians ever. Don’t go there.

DANGEROUS!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Went in yesterday to the Eugene Walmart on West 11th for new tires. My husband had called beforehand and spoke with Anastasia to set up the appointment and explain exactly what needed to be done. We needed the front tires discarded (because they were showing metal), the back tires put up front and new ones on the back. Ana checked me in and also wrote down everything that needed to be done. 2 hours layer, I paid for my tires, Doug checked me out. I asked him if they replaced the front ones and rotated the tires. He was very confused and said he walked into my car service half through and finished it so he assumed so. When I got home, my husband looked at the car only to see NEW tires on the back and the same DANGEROUS OLD tires still on the front!!!!! I didn't know any better, I assumed Walmart had done their job. IF I DIDN'T HAVE MY HUSBAND THERE TO CHECK THE WORK, AND KEPT DRIVING MY CAR WITH THOSE BAD TIRES, I COULD HAVE EASILY EXPERIENCED A BLOWOUT AND A FATAL ACCIDENT!!! I went back this morning and spoke with Anastasia. She has no idea how that happened but agreed to install two brand new tires on the front free of charge. I'm glad she made it right. But then, the service tech Luke tells us that we need all new lug nuts (which we knew)... But he explained that he was having trouble getting the front driver lug nuts back on so they had to use a mallet. 🤦🏼♀️ OMG... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS AUTO CENTER!!!!!!!

Didnt put my mileage on the reciept. Spelled my name wrong, my phone number wrong, and my address. The reciept was an important document for my warranty and they had to go to the storage to find it. Acted very very bothered that they had to go search for it. As if it was my fault they didnt record it in their computer. Very lazy behavior and got almost all of my info incorrect! only thing on there that was correct was my license plate and the oil change info. Never ever going back.

Anna and Thomas knocked it our of the park for me today. They provided good customer service, got tires I needed, and didn’t have me waiting around for 3 hours to tell me there’s nothing they can do like Less Schwab did. They listened to what I needed, and communicated everything. Les Schwab did not listen, nor communicate very well.

I was here for an oil change, I'm the only customer they have, 3 employees working on the floor and they took over 2 hours to have it done!! But wait!! It gets better.. after the 2.5 hours of waiting, they said it was done. They changed the oil but they couldn't changed the oil filter because they didn't have it in stock! I said waht???!! So, they decided to go ahead and change the oil and not the oil filter?? Who does that!?? Luckily the supervisor was nice and understood my frustration and refunded my money back.. again guys, don't go to Walmart to have your oil change. Worst experience ever!

We were out of town on a road trip with our fifth wheel trailer. It was a Sunday and no one was willing to help. We found this tire center and they were our SAVING GRACE!! They were able to get our tires changed out and get us back on the road in not much time. Thank you Patrick, Ryan, Quillian and Tom!! You all made a difference and made a not so great day a little better. Thank you!!!

We took our Son’s truck here bc his tires needed balanced & it was where we purchased them with a lifetime warranty of free balancing & rotating. We dropped his truck off at 4:30PM & was told it would be ready by 8:00.. we were given a “ticket” but with no explanation of what is was for. We went about our day, 8:00 came & went with no phone call or text from them saying it was ready. I looked at the ticket & it said to scan with app to check status, I guess we were supposed to automatically know that. I scanned it & it said vehicle was ready to be picked up. We drove there & the Auto Center had closed at 7PM & our Son’s truck was parked in their parking lot. After 45 mins of trying to find someone to help us, we finally found someone to find his keys & we were charged $60!!! We were told we would need to come back the next day to get a refund. To make a VERY long story shorter… we have went back 3 times & still no refund has came thru on our bank account. NEVER AGAIN! I hate Walmart & every employee doesn’t have enough brain cells to do a damn thing!

This walmart will not honor it's repair warranty. You're better off buying the more expensive tire. Try Point S they fixed a "non repairable" road hazard that walmart refused to repair.

Given some of the bad reviews I've read regarding oil changes at Walmart, I felt it necessary to leave a review since this is my 2nd time getting one there in the last 2 years. For the most part it was pretty simple. Make an appointment, pull your car up to the car repair garage,(located on the far left w/11th st). A worker will come out and get your info and then will tell you roughly when it will be done. So I shopped and about 45 minutes later it was done. ( Though a text letting me know would have been nice). I then paid and left. Each time I have had an oil change here I was treated nicely, with no hassles into buying more stuff for the car. This time I even had the wipers replaced per my request. As I drove off I felt my car was treated well and that I was treated well. I don't see any reason why as to not returning for my next oil change. Update: don't get the standard window wipers for replacement, they are awful.

While the repairs that are vehicle needed were not something they dealt with the counter man looked up names of a shop that would. He was very helpful. We had a broken fuel line and one of their mechanics helped push our vehicle to an area where the tow truck could get to it. We appreciate the extra effort. A big thank you to all of them.

I took my car in to get two new tires put on and have them rotated to the back. It seemed to be a flawless service until I had to get my brakes done somewhere else. It was found that 3 out of 4 wheels had stripped and LOOSE lugnuts. I called to not only report the issue but just to see if I could get replacement lugnuts so that my vehicle is safe to drive with my children. I was told that "swollen lugnuts and came off rough" were noted on the paperwork so I was told they aren't liable for anything. I was not told when my car was completed that there were any issues with my lug nuts at all! The technician on the phone told me it sounds like I needed hooked up with new lugnuts...but the manager did nothing but claim zero fault and was not interested in assisting me further. No pictures of the lugs to even see the issue...nothing. So much for telling people you actually care about your customers and their safety. I will not be returning and I hope others find a place where they can give you full disclosure about your auto care. Walmart on West 11th, Eugene Oregon Auto "Care" Center

I just read the reviews of some of the people and all I can say is they didn't " lose your business", they got a reprieve from entitled and demanding people. Seriously, we can tell by your reviews how unpleasant some of you are. This is a great Walmart crew. They have always treated us well, and worked with us to get a solution each and every time. You would think after 7 years of them dealing with all oil changes and tires on 3 vehicles they'd show me their shady side some of you whine about, but nope! Pleasant, fast, and cost effective service. Thanks guys you're awesome

Stopped in to get my tire fixed and hopefully rotated under warranty, being prepared to stay until closing if need be. I waited about fifteen minutes before anyone ever came into the lobby area only to be informed that they couldn’t get me in today. I’d urge looking elsewhere and using this as a last resort. They seem pretty busy and to be victims of their own success. One would think they could afford to hire more people if they are so busy. Perhaps Les Schwab or Discount Tire will get my business going forward. They seemed happy to fix the flat, even with my tires being purchased at Wal-Mart.

Over the last 2 years the wait time for an oil change has been two hours. Talking to the automotive staff they say management isn’t staffing the department. Talking to management they say there is new management. Asking the store manager she is aware of the issue and says it should improve, asking her for her timeline for this improvement she says she doesn’t know. Time to find a new shop to get my oil changed by. …oh and yes I had an appointment ;-)

Anastazia and Dave knocked it out of the park for me. They added the additive I brought in, gave me a rundown on my car and had the most pleasant conversation with me. Anastazia is the manager and helped change my oil as part of her training which I think is super cool to actually have someone who knows what's going on and how to get it done as the manager. All my future oil changes will be done here.

I have had 2 perfect experiences with Robert. First about 2 weeks ago, I went in for an oil change on my Dodge Ram. He was extremely friendly, funny, and recommended and engine additive that actually did improve the mileage on my engine, and it didn't cost me too much extra. This morning, 5/30/25, I stopped back in because my oil cap was put on a little too tight and he stopped what he was doing and helped me get it off and checked my oil level for me before I went on a 4 hour trip. He is awesome! Highly recommend Walmart Auto care as a whole, the other negative reviews show nothing but self entitlement. I work in the auto industry. I highly recommend the Walmart Auto care center.

I ordered 4 tires on Walmart.com they were to be delivered to my Walmart location 11th Ave in Eugene, Or. Well, needless to say one day after I paid my money and they were marked "shipped", my shipment fell off the earth. There was zero tracking past making it to somewhere in Ca on day two. I tried for the next nine days to find them, having three separate live chats as well as one in-person phone call. It wasn't until the last chat that I was finally told they were "lost in transit". I made my demands to the rep on the phone and he wrote a note to my Walmart location. My request was, I wanted 4 tires that fit my car put on my vehicle for the price I already paid with zero extra cost to me. That is exactly what James the Manager did. They found 4 tires, made my appointment for two days later at no extra cost. I canceled my original purchase, used that money to pay for the upgrade, his store ate the rest, even though it was Walmart.com who mess up big time. James showed his customers matter. I give our Walmart a 5 star 🌟 rating. Thank you again James.

Called ahead and was told I didn’t need an appointment to get ONE tire changed, just to come in. Showed up at 9am and was told they couldn’t get to it until 6pm—even though several techs were standing around not doing much. I called the Springfield Walmart Auto Center instead, and Paul had me in and out in about 7 minutes. Save yourself the frustration—skip the West 11th location and go to Springfield.
