I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with C& L Automotive. I was experiencing difficulties with my headlight and trunk seal on my older vehicle, which required sourcing parts. Even though the service took longer than expected due to defective parts, communication was clear and timely, and staff were happy to provide transportation. The price was reasonable, and I was able to get back on the road for work. I'd recommend giving them a shot if you're looking for a good repair shop!

I like the crew here. They're super helpful and knowledgeable. Major plus - Their boss will drop you off at home or wherever you need after you leave your car, then pick you up when they're done. He's a very nice man. They always call and ask what I'd like them to work on after they look at my car. You get a text message saying the stuff they recommend then they call you to talk about it. They look up repairs by VIN. They have a big lobby with chairs, tv, coffee, stuff for little kids. Their location is by Bailey Hill road and 11th ave next to the 7/11. Super good location if you have to wait. The prices are standard. I haven't had a problem of any kind with the crew or their work. It's the kind of shop I like.

I've been twice now with my older Honda, and they did great work both times. Everyone there has been very friendly and willing to show/explain what was wrong with my car. Prices have seemed reasonable, and they've even been able to get me in and out in a pretty short time. I brought my car in for a faulty air conditioner. C&L replaced my AC compressor without proper system flushing and replacing of the condenser. The A/C system failed after only 14K miles due to contamination in the condenser that had spread through the rest of the system.

Back in December 24, my son had a leak in the front axle of his truck. I have a coupe of co-workers that suggested C&L Automotive due to their reasonable prices, quick scheduling and just great people. So, My son and I made an appointment to get his truck fixed. Like my co- workers said, the scheduling was quick and the price was reasonable. The folks were super nice to work with and did a great job explaining to me and my son what the job entailed as well as the time line to complete the work. So, we had them do the work. They did a great job!!! I truly appreciate being able to talk to someone who knows what they are doing. They called with regular updates on the progress. This was a very positive experience and I will have them do more work on my son’s truck. If you need work done to your vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND C&L Automotive.

I highly recommend cnl came in with concerns about my escape and instead of trying to charge me or recommend stuff I didnt need they checked the codes and told me everything was fine, truns out I was just being overly paranoid lol. I came here to share my experience at this shop. Cheyenne was so kind over the phone. She was helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable bringing my car in. She told me that confirming which part I needed would be free before my repair appointment. When I arrived, the man at the front desk immediately tried to charge me $150 just to confirm what part I needed, even though Cheyenne had told me there was no charge. Instead of listening or clarifying, he argued with both of us about the price in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional. When I couldn’t answer a technical question about what was wrong with my car, he laughed at me. The tone and body language were condescending and honestly felt misogynistic, as if not knowing car mechanics was something to mock. I left and took my business elsewhere. Since then, I’ve had several repairs done at another shop and have another $1,500 repair scheduled there. That’s money this shop could have earned if their front desk person treated customers with basic respect. Cheyenne was fantastic. The man at the desk lost them a loyal customer. Edit: This edit is in response to the owner’s comment below. Yes, Cheyenne went above and beyond and I truly felt like she cared. Cheyenne wasn’t the issue. I think if I had never met the older, short, skinny, grey hair man, I probably would have actually done my business there. The owner did not respond to the way his employee treated me and Cheyenne rudely and unprofessionally. I hope Cheyenne can find a place to work that treats her with more respect. WOMEN, DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. The men there obviously think we’re dumb.

C&L is a great autoshop! I only go to them if I can help it now. In an industry where it's hard to trust that you aren't being pressured into unnecessary and overpriced work on your car, it's a godsend to find a mechanic that is straightforward and trustworthy. They take great care of my car and have fixed things for a fraction of the price I've paid elsewhere. Definitely "girl approved"
