I'm very grateful and impressed with the service of 1-800 Radiator. My mechanic replaced my radiator almost 10 years ago with a radiator from 1- 800 Radiator and it has sprung leak. Although they offer a lifetime warranty, I was skeptical that they would actually cover it especially now that I have moved to Boise, ID. The representative offered to drive over to the mechanic that I used and gather all of the information needed to provide me with a replacement. 30 minutes later he called me back and asked for details to arrange the delivery of my new radiator. The part will be delivered to my new mechanic where I now live in less than 24 hours. If you ever need to replace your radiator, ask your mechanic to order it from 1-800 Radiator. By the way, I used Randall's Automotive and was very impressed that they kept such good records and were so helpful.

RE: 1-800-Radiator Rant : I’ve personally dealt and  promoted this company for 25 years. Their guarantee along with labor warranty has always been a plus ! My Friends please read the very fine print at the bottom of your billing. Did you know it’s an extremely limited warranty?  it takes specific things to ever seen adjustment. We install a replacement a/c condenser. We had to sublet the  evacuate and recharge. Before it left that shop the end blew off and discharged the system. ( just over 300 bucks down the drain ) I replaced it with OEM and recharged again. Now I’m over 700 bucks into just the sublet. I turned in a labor claim ( 1st one ever ) I was told because I didn’t replace the condenser with another one from them they had no responsibility for the loss.  Furthermore, they do not cover any gas related to Freon. The Owner wouldn’t even call me. Very poor business practice It would had cost them less than $350 to take care of the problem I’ve spent thousands with them over the years.
