Tint on the 4 windows looks great. However, there is some bubbling on the rear windshield. Went and talked to them today and was pushed back 14 days because of scheduling i guess...Good customer service and quality tint! Besides the lil errors mentioned above my experience with this shop has been great. I’ll be sure to update once the job is complete!

Took my 2023 GR86 to Trifer to get tinted. They did an amazing job. Was in and out within 1hr 45. I did a lot of shopping around before deciding to come here and they were the most affordable and great priced tinting place around Eugene and Springfield. I 100% recommend.

They tried to overcharge me $45 because my VW Beetle apparently isn't a standard 2-door car?? The tint is very nice, they did good work, but when I got home I noticed they didn't put my door panels back on correctly and left black smudges on my cream leather seats and door panels. Just wish they would have treated my car a bit better. Trifer called me the day after writing the review and went above and beyond my expectations to make my experience great! I'm very impressed with how seriously they take customer service

They are great. I was only in town for a couple days and they got me right in and did a wonderful job. I am light sensitive and the sun makes it hard to drive, i live in Brookings 4 1/2 hrs away. This is the first time i have been able to see comfortably. I wish i would have got it done along time ago. I want to thank these guys for their service. Good job!

I brought my car into Trifer to get my windows tinted. In less than a month a bubble on my driver's window popped. I call to have them repair it with in their 30 day warranty period. The guy looks at it makes up an excuse that my seat belt must have damaged it. Which is impossible because with the door shut my steering wheel would be in the way and with the door open even he couldn't pull my seat belt out far enough to reach the spot. In the end he wanted to charge me for their poor quality and terrible workmanship. I would not trust them with another vehicle ever. 0/10 recommendation. I would spend more somewhere else just for the better quality and workmanship. I wish I saved my money instead of wasting it on their scamming business.

I recently called to see about getting my windows tinted, as the google indicated the business may be open. I understand it was Christmas, and some places remain open on the holiday, so i decided to give it a try. However, the person who answered the phone responded very rudely saying "Why are you calling? It's Christmas, we are closed". I quickly apologized and ended the call, but the interaction left a negative impression. Whether i reached a direct line or a personal number, such unprofessional behavior makes me hesitant about visiting in person, as i would expect better customer service

I would highly recommend trifer to anyone looking for window tinting. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in any business. There was a small mishap when removing the rearview mirror that ended up needing a complete windshield replacement and they had a new one on the way before I could even think twice. They quickly replaced it and left my truck looking brand new! I will be returning and I highly recommend this business for their quality, customer service, and speed. Thank you guys!

I had a terrible experience with them years ago and still cringe every time I drive by. It's a miracle they are still in business. They left scraps of film, trash, and razor blades all over my car at time of pickup. They promise they will redo anything that the customer isn't happy with and then come back and say no. The gap between the film and the top of the window is different on every window. I asked for 20% on the rear and they put 30%. Terrible communication. The door panel was never reinstalled correctly and now my car whistles at highway speed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR TINTING NEEDS.

2011 jetta came back with a broken rear passenger window switch. Button was shoved inside the trim panel. I took it apart to find the pieces. Nothing. THEY TOOK THEM. Plus at least two of the mount points on the trim panel are broken off. It's also missing the trim screw for the passenger from door. And that trim panel wasn't attached properly. Bubbles in the tint. Not quality. Looks good from 20 feet. I'm not letting them touch my car again. I've always used Darkside, but tried trifer due to price about $80. I learned my lesson. Edit: It has now been two months and the more I look the more unhappy I am. Bubbles everywhere. (Adding pictures) And Trifer has made zero attempt to reach out to me. I would recommend NEVER USE TRIFER.

I bought their premium (lifetime) tint near my home but they moved 10 miles away. It will be fixed if I can leave the car all day and find a way to get to and from the shop. On the positive side, it looked great for 4 years.

Excellent work, this is our second vehicle tint here and they never disappoint! The technicians are very friendly and quick, it took maybe 1.5 hours a opposed to the 3 hours quoted on the website. Price is very fair for the workmanship and as a bonus the couch in the office is extremely comfortable if you don't have a ride. Highly recommended for the work, attitude and price! Also: they will go past the legal tint limit, but it's up to you to deal with any legal repercussions if you don't have a medical excuse for it. That said, the legal limit in Oregon is quite transparent, so be aware of that heading in. They have samples, but nothing compares to actual photos.

I would actually give this company a 10 if I could!! I dropped car off yesterday at 12:30 and picked it up at about 4:00 I'm so proud how great my car looks with the tinted windows. The young lady at the front desk was really nice!! They did a fantastic job on.mt windows and the price was really good!! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job on my windows!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! Look how cool my Krypton green car looks with tinted windows!! Also I was told not to roll the windows down for 2 days so the tinting could dry and that within 30 days bubbles may show up and if they do, don't pop them
