A friend got me a Groupon for two oil changes and multiple point inspections, I called in advance to check availability and to ask if there’s additional charges because I was driving a European import this time, the sweet lady at the front desk said she didn’t think so, I shared that I was broke and didn’t have any money, just the pre purchased service.. well there was extra cost. She was very kind and understanding that I had done the diligence to ask in advance and she covered it for me. thanks again!

I have been taking all my vehicles to Mac's since we first came here in 1989. There have many different workers and managers employed there. I have found all of them equally highly trained and very nice to work with. At first it was mostly for radiator and A/C work. They have expanded to a full service shop. Their prices have always been fair and competitive. You can trust them and everyone should give them a try.

I took my vehicle to the Eugene location and I appreciated every aspect of working with these guys. I brought in my SUV to have the radiator replaced, as well as my front brakes. The guys were quick with the repairs, even though there were some slight delays due to part orders. They made an extra push to get me my car before the weekend came (was a Friday) that I truly appreciated! They were friendly and easy to deal with and I feel I paid a fair price for the work. Definitely appreciated the extra effort they put into my vehicle!

Hi, I actually had a really terrible experience here. Everything was okay at first, but I got my oil change on wednesday and didn't drive much until friday. Then, going on a long trip to a friend's wedding, my engine overheating light flashed on while I was on the highway, following with my check engine/vsc/trac off lights. Looking into my car, radiator fluid was EVERYWHERE. Luckily, I know a bit about cars and noticed the reservoir was full, but the pipes were dry. Some coolant later, and my car was okay. This was all due to someone not closing the radiator fluid cap all the way, so the glue in it melted, and fluid spilled everywhere/the pressure was not sufficient for the coolant to leave the reservoir. I had to buy a new cap, funnel, fluid, and totally missed the wedding, not to mention the strain it put on my engine, the hours it wasted, and the future problems it may cause. Update after owner response: I routinely check my car and make sure everything is in order. So your guys must have tried refilling the reservoir, my cap was closed before. It was not low when this happened, it was actually full but all the fluid in the engine was dispersed.

Macs was great! Not only were they willing to take on my ‘84 Coachmen RV (which many had told me no), they diagnosed the issues quick and had her ready in just a couple days. They also did a few extra “freebies” like fixing a fuel line, welding a radiator hose, etc. Work was also finished under estimated quote. Great experience !

I own a 1996 Toyota Camry. I first went to the place where I get my oil changes, and I popped the hood, and immediately the technician said I have a cracked radiator. I took it to Mac's and the problem was not the radiator, but rather the radiator cap. They saved me a ton of money. The new cap was about 9 bucks. This was my first visit to Mac's. Maybe don't hang up on someone when they are trying to get information on a quote for a water pump replacement. Telling someone they need the pressure test before hand to make sure is fine but refusing a ball park number is a red flag as its a flat rate job and no i did not hang up on you. Nor did I plan to but go ahead and push the blame that's fine. I would prefer not to go to you anyways.

Very nice employees, and I got my oil changed and they inspected my car and advised me what was needed with absolutely zero pressure to have them do the things they found. I had to ask for an estimate! Truly a blessing, as I wasn't made to feel guilty having to say no. I hate high pressure places that do that, and I didn't get an iota of it here! They did what I wanted and said "Have a great day." I absolutely appreciate that more than they could ever imagine! Definitely recommend!
