I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at Classic Collision. I’m not the one that handled the insurance claims with my BMW; my boyfriend thankfully did because I recently found out my cancer is most likely back, and it was an extremely overwhelming time. I kept looking over at my partner for answers and struggled to articulate my words (because of what I mentioned above), and the woman helping me at the front desk said, “Did you hit your head too?” in a rude, condescending tone. That kind of comment is completely uncalled for, especially when someone is already feeling overwhelmed. That being said, there was a man who helped us and took pictures of my BMW and was respectful! So thank you to him although we won’t be back nor getting work done here.

We had to bring our son's car to Classic Collision after his first car accident — a situation that was incredibly stressful for our whole family. From the moment we walked in, the team was kind, informative, and made us feel completely taken care of. They clearly laid out all our options, were quick to respond to every question, and genuinely went above and beyond in their communication. Big shoutout to Nancy and Evan!! What really stood out was how they somehow made a difficult situation feel manageable — even fun at times. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone! How they are still in business is beyond me. I took my 2017 Hyundai Sonata to them in early February because it is who my insurance recommended but I will never give them my business again. A deer went through my driver's side window and my bf was in my car out of state at the time. He found a door with window for 500 dollars that he could use to get home. When we finally got into the shop, they never once mentioned that they could reuse many of the parts in that door which would cost my insurance less. Never even gave us that option! I told them if they could give us that door back we'd appreciate it since my bf spent money out of pocket for it. They said of course we'll give it back but they actually took the glass out of it as well as some of the guts. Not what was discussed. They then called me after a week to tell me the parts they ordered were wrong and my insurance was on the hook for thousands more dollars and my car was on the verge of being considered totalled. They over charged my insurance by 2000+ dollars for parts they could have salvaged from the door. We would have understood if they needed parts from the door to ensure the repairs were right. They never asked my permission and my insurance had to pay for way more than they needed to. My insurance had to pay us 500 dollars for the door they tore apart and now 3 months later when I finally thought I was done with this place, the door hinge on my door broke because they used the wrong screw and stripped it and they KNEW they did because they shoved a rubber grommet in the hole and thought it'd hold, well IT DIDN'T.

Will not go back. Manager was demanding payment of the deductible before I could view the vehicle and I was told by the dealership ( who currently has my vehicle) that a trim piece was missing. Before I heard that, I had driven 30 miles with the intention of giving them a check. The local manager has been rude and overbearing!

Classic took great care of me and my car. They notified me of the stages along the way. The hook up with the rental car company was smooth as glass. After I got my car back, something they had fixed stopped working. They got me back in right away. I was nervous that they might try to say it was something I did and not cover it under the warranty. On the contrary, they made me feel like their top priority. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes with a fully functioning vehicle. Nice folks. I highly recommend.

Mike is the gentleman who worked with me. He was so awesome. He was always so friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed talking with him.
