Quoted a price, went over that without consulting as asked to do. Did not repair the car and it stopped running after 1 hour of leaving shop. The mechanic states they cannot repair timing chain, but they're a mechanic shop?? 1100.00 later, car is not viable.

I broke down on the weekend and I had my van towed there because it was close. The folks here were very accommodating! He called me Monday and had my van back to me early afternoon tues. He fixed 2 sensors. His prices were WAY fair!! He only charged me 29 bucks to diagnose. He fixed my sensors and gave me a heads up on 2 other issues to check into before I continued on my trip across country. He was right. Shortly there after i was driving and (the owner had told me to get my suspension looked at, i had just had it done 2 month prior, but i noticed issues recently.) And my van did some crazy stuff, i hobbled it in to Les.Schwab just as i did the tue rod fell off. The previous mechanics had not put pins in for the bolts. So id say this guy knows his stuff , they are nice, fair pricing and obviously waaay smarter than my last mechanic. Check them out!

I am pretty handy and can fix a lot on my own cars. But when it's a tough job, Ken gets it done effortlessly. We had a big conversion van that was bucking and jerking and it felt like the transmission was going. Ken diagnosed it as a bad distributor cap, he did a full tune up and saved us over $3000 on a transmission, and the van ran like a hot rod after that. A whole different ride. Amazing work always. You guys rock!

Three stars because the Lady and staff was super nice, BUT I had an IID device installed there. I was told by the court I could get it out at 6 months. The lady told me that I can’t get the IID device out until I complete my treatment, even if it’s been 6 months. which was incorrect. turns out I could have got it out at 6 months, instead I had to wait two extra months which was $200 each month. Don’t listen to her if she tells you the same. even if your treatment isn’t done, you can petition to get it out at 6 months. They also added a $50 missed appointment fee everytime you RESCHEDULED YOUR APPOINTMENT days in advance. 😟

Full throttle is THE place to go to if you have to get an interlock device. Extremely professional and friendly, and super easy to work with they are so understanding and helpful. They have given me more then one chance. They even pointed me in a direction to how to get a reduced fee through the state. If you have any problems with your device they get you in quickly that way you are not left walking. I could go on and on about how great they are down at Full Throttle but no one reads after the second sentence… I don’t leave reviews normally but it’s almost like my civic duty to leave one for this company. Always a pleasure coming here. I have an interlock from some bad choices I made years ago that caught up with me. I am so glad I chose this place for install and monthly calibration I Love love love coming here I always feel like I am a person and not the bad choice I made. I am truly going to miss seeing these amazing humans faces every month once I am done in September. No that's not a 😿 tear I'm cutting 🧅. Can't thank you enough for your compassion and kindness.

The lady hung up on me and told me to find another shop when I called to confirm our appointment today. I made sure to add this to my phone schedule before leaving the shop a month ago. When she tried to put it off for another month I said “lady you assured me a month ago we had this appointment” and that’s when she got defensive and acted like my business didn’t matter to her and that’s 100% fine I’m just helping others see beforehand that you won’t be a priority. Edit: instead of calling me back she actually commented on this review which is hilarious because I had zero problem paying off anything but my schedule is and was important, you can’t set things up with a shop like this, you can expect them to get confrontational and tell you to go through another shop and you can expect to be hung up on. I confirmed the date & time before leaving and she confirmed it would be a removal. Now because of this I will pay another month but it could have been avoided if this company didn’t leave a blue collar working Joe out to dry yesterday, it’s just the fact that they don’t care.
